Store clerk explained the soft serve ice cream is made of real dairy and doesn't have ice crystals like other retailers. Paid the premium, it was gritty and full of ice crystals. Should've got the normal ice cream.

First, we love that you have the shop in London ?? Also, love that you have 3 plant based flavours to choose from, these two are oat based. Perfect thing to keep on hand during a heat wave, tonight we arrived close to closing to treat ourselves. Didn't feel comfortable leaving the bicycles outside, brought them into an empty building, out of the way, as I went up stairs to be a customer, security was being intense downstairs, in less than 5 mins. Didn't see a no bike sign on the door along Kellogg's lane. I was informed that Kellogg's is a mall and does not allow this and they'll move them for us.
Thanks for the nice cream today Shaw's! Recommend getting a 1 litre tub to go ? you'll thank us later. Kellogg's security, we hope your week gets better.

Went to Shaws in Port Stanley on Sunday night around 8:30. We went to the takeout window and experienced very slow service. It was a busy night which is to be expected. However, when we got to the window we realized why our wait had been so long. The two ladies working at the window took an order, go to the ice cream cooler and chat, scoop the ice cream and come back to the window, set our order down in the tray and continue their conversation for a few minutes while we watched our icecream melt. There was no sense of urgency considering the lineup was very long. There were two other employees standing talking by the freezers as well. It felt as though it was an inconvenience we were there, because it interupted social hour.We won't be back, which is unfortunate because Shaws has been a family favorite for years.

One of the most stressful ice cream experiences of my life? Went to their booth at East Lions Park for Canada Day yesterday and holy h e double hockey sticks was that a brutal mistake. Line was over an hour long and in this time I'm thinking " man this is probably some really good ice cream if the line is this long." The line didn't move, and when I mean didn't move, I mean like bumper to bumper pile up didn't move. Whatever I want ice cream. Half way through waiting in line a guy walks by and says "ITS NOT WORTH THE WAIT, SAVE YOUR MONEY!" Again whatever, i want ice cream. We finally start to get to the front were I notcie it's being run by three old men and two boy scouts. These kids looked to by maybe 11-12, they looked defeated. These men were shouting and barking orders at them like it was 'Nam?. I get to the front and this is how the order process went. One old guy yell at a child " BE LOUD, TAKE THE ORDER AND REPEAT IT" followed by a scared child stumbling over an order and getting it wrong ( in no way is this the boys fault) then, he repeats this to a boy who runs the debit machine and then to a scooping guy or whatever. Point is, my order was wrong in the end and I had to stand in line for ice cream that wasn't worth it. Also tell those scouts they did a good job
