I was in the place half an hour ago. The ice cream is delicious, but the employees in the shop are not very nice. I do not prefer to go again because of them. They did not ask me about the size of the cup I wanted or if I wanted a cup or a cone. When I chose the flavor, they directly put them in the cup that I did not choose in the first place. They also received me and my children with a frown as if they were angry with us!!

This scoop shop inside The Factory was a delight if you’re just strolling down the halls, skipping the kids’ playground area. It’s a top choice for ice cream in London. So many flavors and having won an award last year, it’s also Canadian.

They give you quite a lot of ice cream for the small size. I didn't know you could do 2 flavours for one small, will remember to do it next time!

The cake decorator did such a great job on this cake! I mentioned that my husband plays hockey as a goalie and genuinely only expected hockey sticks but I was pleasantly surprised to see a whole goalie helmet on the cake! The icing was just perfect and his favorite flavors (maple walnut/Grammy cupboard) were plentiful. I now know where to grab ice cream cakes from now on. Thanks Tara and team :)

Used to be our favourite and still enjoy a lot of their flavours however we’ve noticed the tubs don’t have nearly as much pieces in them anymore. We typically buy the black cherry and the last couple time we’ve bought there have maybe 2 or 3 cherries in the entire tub. Not sure if that’s just bad luck or what but we’ve switched to another brand.

Store clerk explained the soft serve ice cream is made of real dairy and doesn't have ice crystals like other retailers. Paid the premium, it was gritty and full of ice crystals. Should've got the normal ice cream.
