I was charged through Uber for an amount that was incorrect so I canceled the order. I was charged over $15 more than my order. Instead of getting my money back, I'm told the store won't refund my money as it was 1.5 mins after ordering and they had already started my order. unlikely. WHAT A RIP OFF. I HAVE CANCELED THE ACCOUNT AND WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THis RESTAURANT OR UBER AGAIN.

Shame on you! My wife was placing an order through Uber Eats and it was for your two for one. However, it came up in the cart as $44+ she tried to cancel it as I ordered through my account. Instead of cancelling the order you let the money and screwed her of both the money and the food. YOU ARE SCAMMERS AND WE WILL TELL EVERYONE ABOUT YOU!

This location is the worst one in the city, multiple visits where good quality was not good, small portions and the the ultimate reason for the review was they closed half an hour early.

Staff member said the sign isn't on but the hours said it was open til 1. He told me to read the sign and I did and he told me the can't make food.

There were multiple people behind the counter making food.

This was by far the worst shawarma I’ve ever had. A total waste of money. I’ve been a chef for the last 10 years and I couldn’t tell you what they marinated that chicken in but it was gross. I also ordered the Lebanese churros and they were stale and tasted like they were cooked at open, and it’s about 9 pm now. The rice was alright but I wouldn’t feed the rest of it to my dogs.

Just came in to try Shelby’s for the first time , I ordered the bites box and my friend ordered a traditional wrap . From the moment I walked in it felt like comfort , I was greeted by amarra the manager of the night , she really knows how to please a crowd & had the most amazing customer service what a great first impression thank you for this amarra ! To her boss please give this girl a raise!

I just ordered the 2for1 traditional chicken wrap and asked for no garlic spread and extra pickles on the side. My wrap only had pickles and chicken, no sauce no beets, etc. I look back at the order and I think I guess I bought a chicken wrap not a shawarma so that’s my bad. But then I look at the entire menu and besides bowls and the burrito fusions, no where is there an item for shawarma. So now I’m thinking the chicken wrap is the shawarma, in which case, I did not receive any of the toppings one usually has on it. Or they aren’t selling shawarma’s anymore, in which case why are you calling yourself Shelby’s shawarma???
I’ve eaten at various Shelby’s for years I know what their shawarma’s consist of.
Dissatisfied as this was my dinner and lunch for tmr.

This has become a scam. It should be illegal how little chicken i got on a rice bowl.. What's the use of having a drive theough if it takes forever and has smaller portions. Sheesh. Tried it again it hopes they would change but nothing has changed. Stay away..

I've eaten here many times and have always been more than happy. The service is amazing and the food is delicious. There are several dishes I could recommend, but I suggest trying something if you haven't already. Enjoy! 🙂
