In general shelbys is awesome. I'm never disappointed with the food. I will say I am disappointed with the move to using tablets to order when in the store. It's alot harder to customize an order through a tablet vs just telling the people what you want or don't.
I eat here every week, I absolutely love the shawarma but today I purchased a legendary chicken shawarma poutine, it was horrible except for the fries… the chicken was all the fatty part and not much sauce I don’t really know what went wrong … How do I send a private message to you ?

Service is just getting worse and worse staff members just really starting to be lazy guy this morning March 30,2024 would even help me just no customer service watch the guy also have no food handling and didnt even wash his hand or anything after being on the cash

Regularly visit this place. Today got a Legendary warp for me and my friend got a regular wrap. Unfortunately, the legendary wrap was smaller than the regular even through it says extra chicken.
I went to shelby at different location and it was really good than this oneVegetarian options: They didn’t cleaned their hands or wore gloves while making my order… I think they should at least clean their hands from switching to vegetarian option…Dietary restrictions: The wrap I ordered had just a little topping and it was tasteless. Also I was feeling like I was only eating saj bread…

A great example of what a shrinkflation should look like. This used to be a really nice place when we first started visiting. I remember how much we used to enjoy the food. The bowl sizes were big enough to last us to eat up to 2 times. The prices were also reasonable. But now, the bowl sizes have reduced greatly and the prices have gone up. Even the taste is as not as good as before. I don't know why you call these bowl size reductions "upgrades".To be honest with you, with the quantity and the overall satisfaction reduced, we feel like it is only worth visiting during the Shelby's Anniversary 50% discount.I hate to break it to you Shelby's, but having a YouTube Channel about your food and giving your customers the opposite food of what they want isn't enough to please your customers. You have 20+ locations, a channel, and more than enough customers visiting your restaurants everyday. How long is this going to continue. Do we have to pay $30 plus taxes for an unsatisfying meal soon? Throw your YouTube channel in the trash and deliver better quantity and quality of your food to us customers. And please be reasonable with prices.
