One of the worst place i’ve ever been so disrespectful and speaks in a different language awful I would never visit this place again

Worst chicken shawarma wrap I ever had coz the chicken was tasteless , one line of sauce for large shawarma wrap which I didn’t expect even after asking for more sauce the guy was hesitant.Never gonna visit again

So I’ve maybe gone to this Shelby’s location for 20+ orders and yesterday was my final visit. I have gotten food poisoning here before twice (including with my friend), but I always dismissed it and thought that it was a rare experience, as I’ve had Shelby’s many times before at other locations and had no issues. However, yesterday night I got a chicken shawarma, which tasted odd and bland, and I still have symptoms almost 20 hours later… I have never experienced this with other shawarma restaurants and will never have Shelby’s again.

Very Very Less quantities for the money spent. Large chicken bowl is not even sufficient for 1 person. This branch has been consistently reducing their portions of food.

I recently visited Shelby's Good Food and had an excellent experience. The shawarma was flavorful and expertly prepared, truly one of the best I’ve had. The staff, Mukesh and Raj, were outstanding—friendly, polite, and attentive, making the visit even more enjoyable. The service was fast, ensuring I didn’t have to wait long for my meal. If you’re in the mood for delicious shawarma in a welcoming atmosphere, I highly recommend stopping by Shelby's!

Everything was perfect! Today was our first time eating shawarma and The attendant explain everything and suggest 2 options for us. We really appreciate and I will come back another day, for sure!

I felt this franchise is not being able to keep up the quality of their brand. I tried other two branches of Shelby’s in London and they never disappoint. However, something is really wronf with this branch specifically. The shawarmas taste very different and below average.

I took the legendary wrap.
The bread was too burnt. They put such a small stingy amount of spicy garlic, I couldn’t even taste it in the wrap. Taste wise it felt far different from the Shelby’s I know.

Shelby's Shawarma seems to be cutting costs with their toppings. The amount of onion, pickle, tahini, and tomatoes was so small in the wrap, it was barely there. This really affected the overall taste, and while the shawarma was decent, the lack of toppings made it less enjoyable.
