I have picked up food at this location several times and loved both the service and the food. The staff are always smiling and very friendly and the food is consistently amazing. My kids and I love it.

Swalih is very good guy and very good customer service although I did not like the wooden forks but the customer service and the food is on top

Poor customer service. The guy rushed me without explaining any of the ingredients. D quality of food was substandard compared to competitors such as Osmo’s. On top of that once I got on the highway opened up my ball got beef instead of chicken.. Don’t see what the hype is about this brand.

Tried takeout and was disappointed to say the least. The shawarma was as tough as shoe leather and it ended up in the garbage!

Obviously it should not have been served. Was hoping to make it a regular spot but unfortunately it was a total waste of money.

They asked me to reach out via email which I did, however I have not received any response to my email yet?

Delicious!!!! Very Affordable for what you get! Great variety of tastes. To the guy who complained about your prices, and accused you of stealing...he should cook his own food and stay in his basement. The only thing criminal was his opinion.

Service was on-point: quick, friendly. Order was taken with ease and fulfilled faster than expected. The 2 shawarma bowls were as-ordered and the food was bang-on!! I've been to several Shelby's locations and this is by far the best so far. It's saved as a favourite for the odd time I choose to eat out and don't want greasy fast food.

Super friendly staff and very delicious food! I was impressed at how clean they kept everything. When they weren't making food they were cleaning. Highly recommended!

The bread, and the ingredients in my shawarma were absolutely delicious! couldn't have been any better. I found it a bit warm inside, or I would have given it five stars. It was 32° c outside though
