I visited Shraim’s Sweets today and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. There were two ladies working during my visit, and neither left a good impression. One of them was not wearing a uniform, which made it unclear if she even worked there, and she gave off very unpleasant vibes with dirty looks and attitude. The second employee did not seem comfortable or confident interacting with customers, which made the atmosphere feel unwelcoming.
On top of that, the drinks we received were poorly made. They had black residue on the mint leaves (picture attached), and the cups were filled with about 90% ice and only 10% actual drink. For a place that is supposed to specialize in sweets and refreshments, this was very disappointing.
Overall, the service and quality both fell far below expectations, and I hope management addresses these issues to improve the customer experience.

Tonight, my boyfriend and I went to Shraim’s Sweets to get a treat together. They were not that busy, around 3-4 other groups were in the store. We placed our order, only one crepe that we were splitting (a very simple, quick to make item.) We waited over 45 minutes and saw the worker assemble it in under a minute, so we were unsure why we were left waiting for so long. They also served a whole family who came in after us and ordered many more items before we got our one item. This was not a huge deal to us but was frustrating nonetheless, but the worst part was when we went back to the car to eat and opened the box the crepe was inside, a bug flew out of it. i have never seen this type of a bug in my life, and I am not sure it is native to this country. We wasted lots of time, and money as well on this food as we definitely did not want to eat it after, and had to throw it out. We’re both very dissatisfied with our experience and aren’t interested in returning.

The staff move at a very relaxed pace, so don’t go if you’re in a rush. Hopefully, they improve their service speed because the food itself is worth trying.

By far the best sweet temptations in all of London. A must stop! The hardest choice will be what to have. All topped off with service second to none. Don’t miss this one.

I was in a couple weeks ago on a Saturday evening. I got 5 pancakes, a fruitcup & a crepe. The wait time was over 34 minutes with only 3 other customers in the store at the time of ordering. The staff was not friendly or helpful and moved from the cash station to other stations without changing their gloves. I did not really want my food after obseving the cross contamination but also did not know how to mention my observation without causing conflict or waiting another 34 minutes or longer.
