My husband and I spent 2 nights over a weekend at the Old Stone Inn in Niagara Falls. Nice little hotel not far from the falls ( too cold to walk this weekend). Our room was essentially a suite with a sitting area ( sofa bed ), a bedroom with king bed and 2 bathrooms. We were on the ground floor, overlooking the pool area. Since our stay was in Feb., the hotel was not busy and so, was very quiet. Room was clean, plenty of towels, blankets etc., could have been a bit warmer. We left the electric fireplace on all night and it was warm enough. With the pool, plenty of in room space for a couple kiddoes if you had them, and the big soaking tub in the room, it would be a nice family get away. I recommend this little place and will stay again if and when we return to the Falls

Really good food. They must use a dough similar to a doughnut for the puffios. Sweet, but not overpoweringly so. Very much enjoyed the food. Not the most inexpensive but its unfortunately about inline with most restaurants panzerotti prices these days. I would probably get it again if it wasnt on the other side of town. Very accessable if you're in the west end. East enders be ready for a bit of a trek to get food; which, to be honest as good as it was in hindsight wasnt good enough for me to do it again. Overall though, Sissios is good, just wish we had one for east enders.

UPDATE: An unfortunate update to our favourite pizza place in London.We ordered 2 Puffios from this location around a week ago. When we got home the Puffios were cooked on the outside but the dough was raw inside. Knowing how good their customer service usually is we phoned to correct the issue, which was resolved immediately.We were offered either 2 Puffios to be remade and delivered to us, or a credit for 2 new ones at a later date.Due to the late night and not wanting to inconvenience the restaurant any more, we took the credit.Today, one week later, we decided to redeem our credit for our two puffios, for a Friday night treat. We called to place our order and we are told that they cannot honour the credit as apparently no-one took a note of our issue. To make matters worse, and expecting there to be no issues I placed an online order for 2 appetizers with my points that I had saved up. My thinking was that I would just pick up the appetizers with the 2 credited Puffios when I called to place that order. I did this because you cannot use the points over the phone, only online.I explained to the girl on the phone that if I cant get the Puffios that I'm owed, then I don't want the appetizers. I was told that they would try to get a hold of the lady who initially offered the credit and get back to me. They were unsuccessful in contacting her so they cancelled my order and explained that I would not be refunded my points either.So after spending $58 for 2 Puffios (with tax and tip), all we got was 2 raw Puffios and lost all our online points.I want to clarify that in no way was this the fault of the girl on the phone, apparently her supervisor wasn't able to speak to me directly as he was busy, however, not too busy to stand next to her listening in to the call and telling her what to say. Cowardly behaviour, and he needs a lesson in customer service.OLD REVIEW: Best panzerotti in London hands down. The ingredients are fresh and delicious. Staff are very friendly as well.

Tried it for the first time I have had to throw out slices of pizzas because of moldy ingredients, and the delivery times are way off what they estimate. I hope no one else gets sick from the soiled food.

The puffio's I ordered were filled with oil I only realized after I got home and put it down because the boxes I had in a bag were leaking on to each other they gave me a free puffio card and it wasn't any diffrent then a panzarotti at another restaurant

I really enjoy their panzerottis. Delicious. I didn't like their Pizza so much, but I will always order their panzerottis. Fast delivery, Great Taste and really friendly staff. After every order I always wish I ordered more. Delicious!!!On a side note, I don't know how the local restaurants put up with negative people. If you have a problem with your order, call the restaurant directly and be nice about it. With the staffing shortages, COVID and rising food costs it is very difficult for anyone to operate a service oriented business. It is really, really hard.Most of these places are always operating at reduced capacity and all they want to do is deliver great food. This restaurant is outstanding! Try their Panzerottis, and order extra sauce. :-D

Our family has noticed a big decline in the London location this year, the last order we just placed was on Wed. October 19th, 2022, we placed our usual 3 large Puffio's (2 lg deluxe and one vegetarian) with extra meat sauce. I sent my wife to pick up our order and they forgot to make the vegetarian so she waited awhile and then paid, when she got home I opened up the boxes to find no extra sauce and they were all small size but what I hated the most is that we received chicken instead of the actual deluxe pizza style, I was not impressed since I called this order in and actually talked to a young lady who confirmed everything back to me on the phone, obviously has no listening skills or just hates her job.we had a short family discussion and it was decided that we would not give them our business again, too many pizza/panzerotti options in the area to give our money to.

At a wedding on Saturday they ordered pizza for a late munch three quarters of all those pizzas were over cooked burnt almost just feel this is the saddest thing on a special day., they never should have delivered them in that condition
We have loved your pizza for years but since May we have had many terrible experiences with delivery. Recently it was over 2 hours for delivery when we were told it would be one hour. Today, we ordered and after 1.75 hours, called and they had forgotten to put our order in and had no record of it. Your pizza is delicious but your delivery service is terrible. I know everyone is doing the best they can right now, but please consider stepping up your delivery!

Second time ordering from here and yep, loved it just as much as the first time. Ok, so the nachos, not so much. Not bad, just maybe not a good delivery item. But the pizza... fantastic! The toppings all taste fresh and the pizza as pizza should. VERY good. Last time we ordered a Puffio - they're just awesome. Not all liquidy inside like some other places. Really tasty.The one thing that will keep me coming back again and again is the wings. They're perfect.Very upfront about the cost breakdown online (each pizza topping & delivery charge) so nothing's hidden and you really can control how much you're spending. Because if you're like me and ordering hungry... :)Delivery people are fast and polite. All around good experience.

We used to order all the time because the wings were the best. We decided to get Nachos and wings last night and they were pretty awful. Not sure what happened. Couldn't even use real cheese on the nachos, just slopped some 7/11 liquid cheese on top. Wouldn't recommend the nachos at all. Wings are usually good and will maybe give it another try in the future.
