I have been to this location many times. They always have a great variety of snacks and sweets to choose from. I always come out with one or two large bags full of goodies. The smoked cheese and sausages are incredible, but my partner and I love those bags of crisps (they always have many flavours to choose from). Praying that one day they’ll be able to sell Lvivske.

First experience was very nice. Woman was very helpful and pleasant. However one of the sausages I bought wasn’t packed in my bag by her. I noticed when I got home (1.5 hours away). Called the store immediately saying I’d be back in two days and would pick it up then. No acknowledgment. Stopped by two days later on my way home and was told by the young dork she has to call her boss, perfectly understandable. Boss said I didn’t pay for it or take it and it was left I. The fridge. I spoke to her boss and said I had and produced my bill and advised that the clerk packed my bag not me. Again owner argued. After 10 minutes of back and forth and me being at the hospital all day with my son I didn’t want to get stuck in London rush hour. Owner then said she had to call the woman who served me that night. More run around and no guarantee she was available to talk. I was so frustrated with the customer service and not getting what I had paid for (really I’d drive 1.5 hours to rip you off of a 6$ sausage) I told the young girl that I was extremely disappointed in her boss/owner and would not be back and left without the sausage I paid for. Alicia’s will now be my go to in London.

I didn’t think of writing a review, especially with a negative rating, but today I visited the store again and was disappointed. I walked into the store and no one said hello. I walked around the store, picked up groceries, came, put them on the counter near the cash register and waited. A girl came up, took some products to weigh, brought them back and silently began to enter prices. That is, it was as if she ignored me and did her job through force. I said that I would pay with a credit card (she didn’t ask, she didn’t say a word to me the whole time). I paid, said thank you in response, heard silence and went home.
