Was in today and grabbed a panzerotti on my way home (about a 45 minute drive ). Unfortunately, while being made they substituted green peppers for the green olives. I know these things happen. So, I called to let them know, their solution was to not replace it on my next visit but to give me 50 percent off. I let them know it was not realistic to drive back to London to drop off the old one but I would send pictures for proof. The response was that there is nothing they can do. So, I am left leaving this message instead. Very disappointed and will most likely never return

We were excited to try Solos Pizza, but this was hands down the worst pizza delivery experience we’ve ever had. Our order arrived looking like it had been thrown around in transit – completely mangled, toppings sliding everywhere, cheese stuck to the box, and some slices even folded over on themselves. It was a mess.
For the price, we expected a well-prepared, properly handled pizza, not a disaster in a box. It’s clear there was zero care in how this was packaged or transported. If this is how they treat their customers’ food, we won’t be giving them another chance.
Avoid unless you enjoy spending money on a pizza that looks like it survived an earthquake.

The boys were starving, just looking for a solid late-night pizza, and we got a total mess. Slices crushed, toppings all over the place, cheese glued to the box. Looked like it got drop-kicked before delivery. We were hyped, then instantly disappointed. Never again.

Don’t order from here. My boyfriend and I have been customers from here for a few years. The past year, every single time we try them again our order is late. The pizza is cold. The sauces (we love and mainly the reason we order from here) never come with the pizza. It’s not like they are free items either, we pay for things on our order, wait over an hour and a half for delivery for the order to be completely wrong. Missing items we are charged for and cold. So disrespectful to your customers. Only response is a sorry from them. Just save your time and money and don’t buy your pizza from here.
