The last time I ordered a pizza here I didn’t enjoy it. It had a weird taste and very little sauce. Very disappointed as the time before that it was delicious. Many places are like this no consistency!. Why can’t they do it good every time?.Sopranos west, east location is bad.

We ordered 2 large pizzas before coming in. We came in on the mentioned time. It turns out our pizzas were given to another customer, and they had to redo them.
We waited outside for another 15-20 minutes. We asked for extra sauce or something to accommodate. The lady said she'd add one more sauce.
There was supposed to be one sauce per pizza, so we should've gotten a total of 3. Instead we got just one sauce...
The pizza is good. Excellent flavor and cooking. The service is awful though. What's the point of ordering ahead, just so the pizza is given away, and there is no accommodation?

Used to be my go to for halal pizza. Unfortunately they have zero consistency, when the female workers make it its amazing, lots of cheese etc etc. When the male worker makes it, he cheaps out on everything and undercooks the dough. Maybe ill come back if it goes back to the way it was.
Donno why but I've lived in London now for 5 years and only just got sopranos for the first time yesterday (large pep, mush, sausage). The pizza and wings were excellent. Great value for the price. Quite cheesy and arrived fresh. It was delicious and was a nice change from the big corporate pizza places. Highly recommend!
