I am writing to share my disappointment with my recent visit to your location. Not only was our order taken last even though we arrived first, but the service was very slow, and our order was even missed entirely at first. When we asked about it, we were simply told, “Sorry, we forgot,” which was frustrating.

On top of that, when we finally received our ice cream, we found pistachio shells inside, which was very unpleasant and unacceptable.

I hope you take this feedback seriously and work on improving both the service and food quality to ensure a better experience for your customers in the future.

Visiting London & drove way out of way to come to this place to have an acai bowl. There was a family of 3 who arrived right before us & a party of 4 after us. ONLY ONE PERSON WORKING for the majority of the time we were there. Took 20 minutes or more to receive our acai bowls. Meanwhile, the worker, made 4 specialty coffees & served them to the 4 that arrived after us before we received our acai bowls. Very poor service. A 2nd employee arrived after we received our bowls. The acai bowls were delicious. Too bad the service was so slow.

Love both the açai and dragon fruit bowls. Smoothies are also great. Not a big fan of the wraps, they don’t have much flavour to them, I wish there were more options.

Stumbled upon this food place with a friend and it turned out to be one of my most favourite health food restaurants. The food here is tasty. But I would want slightly more protein in the wrap.
