our food was cold by the time we got to our table and our burgers were half raw. so disappointing after waiting realistically 30 minutes - standing while we wait for them to prepare the food.. they also forgot one of our orders.. the staff was really helpful and friendly but the food was terrible. we didn't even bother to say anything. Just left while dumping most of our food in the garbage.

Overpriced and undercooked. Unlike every other restaurant in Canada, this place prepares their hamburgers pink inside. I understand providing that as an option, but it defies convention and expectations. When I asked about it, instead of fixing it, the staff lectured me on how it was my responsibility to notice the tiny sign about it and tell them. They also said even if I had, the burger would turn out rubbery, which seems to be a them problem as millions of hamburgers are served well done every day.
They didn't provide proper notice, they didn't fix the problem, they didn't refund me or make it right -- they just dismissed me and told me that was that. Five Guys is just down the street. Take your $25 (unbelievable) there.

Ordered on Uber eats, burger was lacking sauce and toppings. Burger was also burnt to a crisp. Honestly I have given this place way too many chances. Everytime I get something from here they never fail to surprise me with the poor quality. It used to be soooo good when it first opened, idk if there’s new management or something now but it’s gone way down hill.

Hands down the slowest fast food place I’ve visited, took over 30 minutes to get my to go order, at this point I was to hungry to reject the black burnt bacon and two tiny tomato end slices. I would not recommend this place if you are looking for good quality food and in a hurry. Very dirty place, no one seems to clean the tables in there or remove trash from the floor. Got the poutine aswell and the fries were under cooked and cold, over all terrible experience trying this place
