The food's okay, the service is awesome, and the place is so cozy.
Ordered take out and after entering the building I stood there for about 7 minutes without being greeted, however the man behind me was greeted and looked after multiple times. I even said excuse me to the lady and she walked off and went to someone else. Eventually another lady came out and I told her I’d been standing there for over 5 minutes, she apologized whole heartedly and let me know my food would be ready soon.
The lady who apologized popped her head out of the back and asked me if I’d like cutlery, Parmesan, and chilli flakes. I said yes please. At that point the lady who continuously ignored me and walked past me multiple times thought it was appropriate to finally talk to me and say “you’re very needy”.
This left me feeling uncomfortable especially being a black man and seeing the way other clients were treated in comparison to me.
We truly enjoyed the decor and vibe of this place when arriving.
The food was fairly good! The sauces were tasty, pasta cooked to perfection, and of course the HUGE portions. But unfortunately there was next to no chicken in the chicken fettuccine Alfredo. Another let down was that the starter was delivered with the mains and we essentially had to decide which dish to let get cold while eating the other.
The meal was hard to enjoy as there was a group of 10+ teens sharing a large table, that had essentially turned the entire restaurant into their own little party. They were extremely loud, yelling back and forth, making a scene. I mentioned this to the wait staff and all they said was oh we know but what can we do. We only wish something had been said to them, and that in the future they learn some etiquette toward dining in public.
Overall, the food and service were very good, but the atmosphere (created by other diners) cut our stay short.
Had the bruschetta and pasta. Really cool atmosphere, interesting decorations and excellent flavours at an attractive price
I ordered take out, just spaghetti, tomato sauce, meatballs and mushrooms. The mushrooms were canned mushrooms and the meatballs were so salty. Will not be ordering from here again. The food in this city has really gone downhill.
If your a pasta lover, Spageddy Eddy's is the place to go!
The literal definition of a 'hole in the wall'. Went there yesterday for the first time. Great food, large portions, and inexpensive for what you're getting. I will certainly be back the next time I visit London!
A hidden gem for sure! It may be small, but the portions are HUGE. You definitely won't leave hungry.

Huge portion sizes, and it tastes great. Garlic bread is made fresh daily and is to die for. Not many tables, but if you have to wait, it's worth it. I always recommend this place when people ask me where to eat in london.
Vegetarian options: They have a vegetable sauce.
