Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House London - Clarke Rd

I’m putting a review of their business online. This is what I said; Busyness may soon end your business. I was humiliated being asked to leave and make room for other people after our group had eaten our meals and coffee’s spending over $70 and were visiting just over an hour and 20 minutes. This does not have the appearance of a fast food establishment. A table cleaner asked our party to leave the restaurant and though we were winding up this unpleasant experience will not entice me back. If the demand for our table was so urgent a manager should’ve offered our table a certificate towards our next visit, if they had wanted to accommodate a lineup. However it was put upon a table cleaning attendant to ask us to leave. Your lack in Business etiquette could end your busyness. I will not recommend your business

Food was delicious, service was quick & exactly has I ordered. Justice my server was very pleasant & polite!

Went there with 3 friends at 12 noon on a Sunday with no reservations. Place was packed but they said about a 15-20 minute wait. They were pretty true to their word. Waitress was quick to approach us (sorry I didn't get her name). Ordered our food and did not wait long at all for our food to be ready. Food was phenomenal! Each of us ordered different things and there was not one complaint. Highly recommend.

Service was fast and the staff were friendly! Food was excellent!! Didn’t have to wait for a table but started to get really busy with long wait times after 30 mins of sitting

Our utensils were dirty. Server brought us new ones but they were also dirty. They had food and finger prints on them. When we complained the owner blamed his staff and said he would give them an extra 5 mins to make sure they are clean. He didn’t seem to really care. It was a terrible experience. I was sick for 2 days from eating there. I won’t go back. This was at the saint john, Lancaster location.

I had the apple studal french toast and it was amazing. It was so good I highly recommend this .. great food and the waitress was very good .. good prices .

Great place for breakfast on weekends and long weekends as well. Of course so long as you are willing to wait the long lines to get in. Food is top-notch in here for breakfast place in London guaranteed

We have enjoyed coming here many times for breakfast & lunch. Several times we have had Mariam as our very attentive server. She certainly sets the bar very high! We highly recommend this as a place to enjoy a breakfast & or dinner

I came in for takeout and I found the servers to be unprofessional and I had only be there for 5 minutes. Not happy with the service

Love the food but the restaurant really slacks on takeout orders. We do takeout as I have a young baby and it's always disappointing how the food looks for takeout vs in restaurant. This is the apple streusel french toast which I had many times last year in restaurant but get it for takeout and it just honestly looks sad. Not cut, not alot of apple topping, no whipped cream or powdered sugar. Look at the picture on the menu to see the difference, it's laughable. My mom's birthday breakfast is kind of sad. Probably going to stop getting food from here unless we can actually eat in restaurant :/
