Thank you to this incredible team of dedicated baristas!I accidentally placed my mobile order to the Starbucks up the street and without question they swiftly made my order in their store, no questions asked. I waited outside as I had my dog and they even brought it out to me. Above and beyond service at this location. Can’t wait to return.

It seems to be too much to ask for a china cup. Had to insist and ask twice ... then too big of a cup so coffee was cold. Sad that worker was too busy talking to friend to take a simple order. Used to be good workers here ... bad management seems to have chased them all away.

Kryztof (as per name tag) is an INCREDIBLE barista! This lovely person always has a smile on his face, a warm inviting attitude, and his customer service skills are top notch!! His recommendations are very helpful and delicious but it's his award winning personality that keeps me coming back. He should be a lead trainer for the company because I would LOVE a Starbucks where all the staff are like him. Thanks Kryz, keep it up !!

I like Starbucks but it is too expensive for me. Mind you there is a McDonald's right across the street so if that wasn't there I probably would buy my coffee at Starbucks. Their food is very good but it is beyond my capability to regularly visit for coffee. I can't go there every day, it is beyond my financial abilities 2 daily go there.

The location is super sketchy but staff are pretty great. Krzysztof is the best!! He’s always so helpful & sweet. By far the best barista. He makes the best beverages and knows exactly what I should try. Fantastic at following directions.

With the sad state of affairs downtown, and the endless construction I can't recommend this place. Sad really.

Always excellent service! Staff are caring when preparing your drinks, and understand how having something nice can be your highlight of the day. They keep great pace with customer interactions and the line of the bar. My go to location when downtown!

This place takes a morning coffee rush in stride. Makes the attempt to engage beyond just your order which can turn your bad day into a great one. It's a tricky location but the team here works magic. Great job all!
