I always liked Starbucks drinks, especially the dragon fruit lemonade refresher that I have order before at this location. Today I thought was going to be the same, a very good drink however this wasn’t the case, the drink lacked of dragon fruit flavour and it didn’t looked like it always does.

Tonio is the absolute best! He just served me and my friend Lucy the BEST pumpkin iced chais and pumpkin muffins, his energy was amazing, so kind, so full of life, and his customer service was impeccable. 5 stats straight to Tonio!!!

Just watched the barista half make my drink incorrectly. For what we pay for these Frappuccino, my bad for wanting it done properly. She watched me watch her make it incorrectly, and saying anything is a waste of time. Usually this location is great for that early morning caffeine fix but the barista they had making drinks this morning was miserable and doesn't care to do things correctly. I now sit here with almost $20 in drinks that taste disgusting that I cant get remade or refunded. I won't be back to this location after this experience.

The workers are always nice. This isn't even the closest Starbucks to me, but I get my drink from here because they're always great. And today I got a Christmas cat sticker and it made me stupidly happy lol.
Vegetarian options: They have vegan options too and everything vegan/vegetarian is labelled
I would throw myself in front of a one of the go carts in Disney Land for two cake pops. Not to be dramatic or anything.

Normal starbucks experience. Would really appreciate it if the staff would let me use the washroom in peace instead of rushing me to clean the washroom on a schedule

I never get my order right at this place. I always order a hazelnut oat shaken espresso with less ice, but they either give me a vanilla or brown sugar one. When I pointed out the mistake, they didn’t apologize. They just took the wrong order and gave me a new one, but it was full of ice and had less drink in it. I don’t want to go back there again. They are inaccurate when taking orders and provide disappointing customer service
