The workers are always nice. This isn't even the closest Starbucks to me, but I get my drink from here because they're always great. And today I got a Christmas cat sticker and it made me stupidly happy lol.
Vegetarian options: They have vegan options too and everything vegan/vegetarian is labelled
I would throw myself in front of a one of the go carts in Disney Land for two cake pops. Not to be dramatic or anything.

Normal starbucks experience. Would really appreciate it if the staff would let me use the washroom in peace instead of rushing me to clean the washroom on a schedule

I never get my order right at this place. I always order a hazelnut oat shaken espresso with less ice, but they either give me a vanilla or brown sugar one. When I pointed out the mistake, they didn’t apologize. They just took the wrong order and gave me a new one, but it was full of ice and had less drink in it. I don’t want to go back there again. They are inaccurate when taking orders and provide disappointing customer service

Unreliable location.
Always disappointing going in the drive through. I’ve been serviced both in the intercom and at the window. They have never gotten my name or my order right.

Do you always make people's drinks like this, geez. I almost couldn't be irritated, how do you make it that poorly? Ordered large, but made it medium.
Very slow service and the WiFi didn't work (same for others in the shop...not just me). Latte barely tasted of any coffee.

This was always my “go-to” Starbucks. Staff are friendly, “dine in” service is better here than at other Starbucks locations where drive thru is given such priority that the time between ordering and receiving order has been upwards of 15 minutes (I’m looking at you Hyde Park/Oxford). With that being said, this location charges more than other Starbucks locations in the city of London. I just realized this and must say it’s disappointing. Perhaps the increased price is due to being in such close proximity to two hospitals (if so, that is an abomination). Maybe if this was a 24 hour location it could *possibly* be justified, however that is not the case. Added photos to justify this review.

The girl miranda .. super rude .. she purposely ignores drivers , don’t greet and is very ignorant … pls train her, she badly need training again on how to behave nand treat people.
