Obviously a worker did not wash their hands after a smoke break as both our drinks (cups, lids, and sleeves) that we bought through drive-thru stunk like cigarette smoke. Or whether someone took a smoke break in a supply room. It was the only thing you could smell when you tried to drink and even started to affect the smell of our car until we disposed of them.

I went to this Starbucks and ordered a Trenta Strawberry Acai Lemonade and a Venti Iced Blonde Vanilla Latte. The workers took fifteen minutes to make the drinks, after already waiting 20 minutes to put an order in through the Drive-Thru. They shut the window on us, and we had no way of asking what was happening and why it took so long. When we were handed the latte, it was a Grande, and we mentioned that it was meant to be a Venti. She told us that we paid for a Grande, which isn’t true because we paid $15.03 for both drinks, when a Grande would bring it down to $14.50 or around there. Not only that, but at every other Starbucks I’ve been through with that order, I’ve always paid $14.80, so not only did I get charged even more than the normal price, but I didn’t even get what I paid for. The service was ridiculous, and we had no idea why it took so long, as it looked like they were all standing around not doing anything inside the window. Genuinely upset that I spent the money to get a Venti drink only to wait so long for a smaller size, but still the same price.

Unfortunately, my experience today was disappointing. The barista, Donatae, spoke to me rudely when I approached the counter, despite the line not being clearly formed and me trying to clarify politely. I didn’t mind waiting, especially on Christmas, and I understand how busy the day can be. However, the dismissive tone throughout my order made the interaction uncomfortable. A little kindness and courtesy would have gone a long way.

I always liked Starbucks drinks, especially the dragon fruit lemonade refresher that I have order before at this location. Today I thought was going to be the same, a very good drink however this wasn’t the case, the drink lacked of dragon fruit flavour and it didn’t looked like it always does.

Tonio is the absolute best! He just served me and my friend Lucy the BEST pumpkin iced chais and pumpkin muffins, his energy was amazing, so kind, so full of life, and his customer service was impeccable. 5 stats straight to Tonio!!!

Just watched the barista half make my drink incorrectly. For what we pay for these Frappuccino, my bad for wanting it done properly. She watched me watch her make it incorrectly, and saying anything is a waste of time. Usually this location is great for that early morning caffeine fix but the barista they had making drinks this morning was miserable and doesn't care to do things correctly. I now sit here with almost $20 in drinks that taste disgusting that I cant get remade or refunded. I won't be back to this location after this experience.

The workers are always nice. This isn't even the closest Starbucks to me, but I get my drink from here because they're always great. And today I got a Christmas cat sticker and it made me stupidly happy lol.
Vegetarian options: They have vegan options too and everything vegan/vegetarian is labelled
I would throw myself in front of a one of the go carts in Disney Land for two cake pops. Not to be dramatic or anything.

Normal starbucks experience. Would really appreciate it if the staff would let me use the washroom in peace instead of rushing me to clean the washroom on a schedule
