We ordered three Christmas drinks. I'll admit it was busy but they arrived 3/4 full. We didn't realize until it was too late. As well, the flavour was, somehow, lacking.

The location is very nice and chill. Perfect place to study. What just stood out was someone coming around offering peppermint latte samples, so sweet! Staff are very nice and polite.

I went into the store at 8:20 this evening and the staff was already cleaning. I ordered extra sugar for my coffee, but the staff pointed to the sugar next to me and told me to add it myself. This was the first time for me. My coffee was lukewarm, not hot. Whew... Due to the chaotic atmosphere in the store, I sat for about 10 minutes and then rushed out. When I got out, she shut down. Closing time was 9 o'clock, but she closed at 8:40.

Terrible experience a week ago. I frequent starbucks daily, if not multiple times a day, everyday. Walking around so stopped to get a coffee before i left, i ordered a venti as i only ever do and paid, my sister ordered a grande of whatever she got with almond milk. I got a grande. I then mentioned it to the lady, she said you ordered grande. I said the lady must of misheard cause i ordered venti, she said it will be an up charge to change the drink, and took the drink back i had already taken from the counter, poured it into a venti with more ice and still charged me the upgrade - For the same drink in a venti cup!!!! My drink had oat milk in it, but she has a dairy/gluten sensitivity and oat milk bugs her. Well her drink had oat milk and the barista with brown curly hair was very miserable about it. After she told her she stated you need to tell the cash when you order, obviously we had, no point in complaining about something so small if it wasn’t important, and something my sister always mentioned and clarifies with them about . She proceeded to make multiple others drinks instead of fixing ours, we waited almost 20 mins. Very rude and will not return to this location, hopefully this barista will learn better customer service skills, wish i got a name for the review.
