Not sure who's designed their management system but they don't even have a system to carry enough change to deal with cash. That's cafe business management 101. You always have a person that can make change, access to You serve the customer , not expect them to adapt to your lack of forethought.

Will not return . Except for books. Good books. I'll bring a time. They can deal with cash like a rational business.

I am a regular Starbucks at this location inside Indigo Book Store across from Masonville Mall. Even there is a couple mistakes that happen last month and this week. I will still give them a 5 Star as mistakes do happen including new employees who are recently started working at Starbucks. The staffs are nice and knows how I am feeling especially I am an avid drinker of caffeinated frappuccino or cold brew coffee. I buy and drink anything cold even during the Canadian winter months. Forgive their mistakes. I ordered an iced cold brew pumpkin spice latte last month; however, I ended up with the hot pumpkin spice latte on my mobile order Starbucks app. This week, I ordered a Chocolate Cream Protein Cold Brew in the Trenta size; which is the largest size on certain beverages. However, the barista give me a tall; which is the smallest size. I did not bother to complained or asked about their mistakes. It was on their mobile Starbucks app that is ordered. I spend a lot at Starbucks for the past few years, and even this 2025 year. If I am spending a lot. I should expect to have better service and comprehend the staffs to do their task right. When something is has to be done during an occupation. It has to be done right. By the way, I would appreciate those not to bring any Outside Food. I see someone before bringing a bowl of Chipotle into the Starbucks. If she is eating a bowl from Chipotle. Why doesn’t she eats her bowl at Chipotle while studying on her laptop. Just because you buy a product like a Starbucks drink from Starbucks does not mean you can also bring outside food to eat in their store. Consider the etiquette of outside food. Anything food or drinks that you buy from Starbucks should be allowed to be consume at Starbucks including sitting on their chairs and access to use their tables to study with your laptops. Eat your outside food at the mall’s food court inside Masonville Mall across the street even you do not buy food from the mall, or eat it elsewhere or at home beside eating it at Starbucks. If they are not buying food or drinks at Starbucks beside buying outside food or drinks. They can be elsewhere. Anyway, I do forgive their mistakes of the new employees. This is the best Starbucks I have gone too. It is done fast and proper ever ordered I come here. I will be back soon.

Jason Jason Jason…the manager here is the most caring barista I have yet to meet. He works from his heart and works as if someone is watching him. Came in today to find him cleaning the glass of the door entrance. Literally the man who keeps me coming back to this location. Starbucks, promote this man!!

Still one of my favourite and most nostalgic Starbucks in the city! The staff here make the best matcha oh my god. There’s zero paste at the bottom of my drink, and always a positive smile!

This place was great, I’very impressed with the customer service of the girl with pink hair and dark haired gentleman. Angus was incredibly rude. No personality whatsoever, I understand in order to get a refill, we must finish the first Beverage but there’s definitely a better way that he could’ve said it. He just stated like a robot uncomfortable. I chugged my last drink and I got my as soon as I could.

COFFEE AMOUNTS: Ordered a Grande and the cup was only 2/3 full (see photos), approaching 1/2 if the airy-filled foam is removed. Unusually, I spoke with staff who said this was standard and they could make another, which I thought would be a waste so I declined. I don’t think that I will be returning. Very disappointing.

I am so unhappy with the way we were treated ( or rather not treated). As you all know, Starbucks is a lovely spot university students come to study. I and my partner came today and we ordered drinks to stay. Glass cups were new.. my entire iced chai tea latte was quickly spilled onto my entire laptop face and all over myself and my bags. Nobody came to offer help cleaning, my partner asked for napkins as it was extremely messy and they still did not offer to help. Not only was my drink spilled all over my laptop and costing me now over 400$ to fix it, none of the employees offered to remake my drink as I hadn’t even gotten a chance to drink it by the time it spilt. The only interaction within this whole experience was an employee wiping the chair while saying “this was the only available table left, if you’d like to continue studying you will probably have to check if there’s tables at the other location”. Absolutely terrible service. I’ve never been more embarassed and I damn well lost $15 of my money on top of my damage fees to repair my laptop. (My partner as well could not take his drink with us to the Apple Store because they were in glasses… and once again nobody offered to remake our now wasted drinks. Incredibly unimpressed.
