So i could actually drink it...The Batista (a tall, handsome young man) was very pleasant and happy as well as helpful! I love this place so much. The staff and customer service is amazing. On top of that I like to bring my kitties out with me while I grab a drink. the staff never fail to be the sweetest human beings and as someone who works in the customer service industry as well. I know that most of the time when a customer leaves a bad review, they’re usually the rude ones and in turn they inspect everything we do under a microscope picking out the slightest thing they dislike and blowing it up. I’m also quite a chatty person so I do appreciate their patience with me. I also tend to make multiple separate orders or purchases at a time whenever I’m there for a while. Which I’m sure can get quite annoying. But all in all I love this indigo location the absolute most!

What can I say! I am still completely blown away. Both staff that my 3 year old son and I engaged with today were the friendliest people I have ever seen. Especially Kayla who was working the cash. This woman deserves special recognition and I hope my post will get her that like she deserves. If a manager is interested in contacting me to hear more about my experience I would welcome you to do that. Thank you. We will definitely be back as this is now our favourite location hands down. Thank you, Kayla for brightening our day!!

Great service. Expect the Starbucks level of delish coffee and food fare. Location shared with Indigo. Seating used by long term computer/tablet users. Clearly a space for students and people using the space for work or study. Don't count on getting a table. There are two long community tables but both were full along with ALL other tables

I never get Starbucks because I typically can’t justify 6-8$ for a drink but I had a gift card and came to this location tonight to grab a drink. The staff there blew me away with their kindness. The barista was super sweet wish I got her name, I ordered a grande and she gave me a venti. Absolutely made my day! 10/10 would recommend this location ❤️
