Washrooms are disgusting. There are no paper towels to use, just an air dryer. So when you wash your hands you have to touch the tap, likely covered in poop bacteria. Then the door handle has to be opened with your hand as well so you may as well not even wash your hands. Gross.

I ordered the iced pumpkin cream chai with oat milk yesterday for the first time and it lived up to all of my pumpkin flavour expectations. It was my first time trying this drink and definitely won’t be my last.

It's nice enough, the staff are great 5 stars. I tried one of the snowmen sugar cookies and had a chai latte. Both were really good. I go to Starbucks maybe once or twice per year so I don't have much to compare. The washroom was clean for a public place. This location is quite small so I assume during busy times it's tough to get a seat, but it has a drive through so it's great if you're grabbing something to go. Good experience, thanks!

The staff who work here are wonderful and have gone above and beyond for me multiple times. I adore them and I always make sure to stop by their store when I can.
On the whole this place is great. Service and food are top notch. However.... The debit machine on the drive thru has literally been down for around 2 months now. This must be frustrating for the team there, but how has no one thought to put up a sign before you queue??! And why is it taking so long to resolve?!

I went through drive thru this morning and explained I was sad and I didn’t know what to pick. The barista that helped me not only made me her favourite drink but treated me to something sweet. Honestly I wish I got your name but bless you! I have lost two grandmothers in the last 24 hours and the days have been hard. Today was the first time I was out and about on my own you made my day. I cannot thank you enough! Loosing someone you love is hard let alone two within hours of eachother. From the bottom of my heart …… THANK YOU!!
