It's nice enough, the staff are great 5 stars. I tried one of the snowmen sugar cookies and had a chai latte. Both were really good. I go to Starbucks maybe once or twice per year so I don't have much to compare. The washroom was clean for a public place. This location is quite small so I assume during busy times it's tough to get a seat, but it has a drive through so it's great if you're grabbing something to go. Good experience, thanks!

On the whole this place is great. Service and food are top notch. However.... The debit machine on the drive thru has literally been down for around 2 months now. This must be frustrating for the team there, but how has no one thought to put up a sign before you queue??! And why is it taking so long to resolve?!

I went through drive thru this morning and explained I was sad and I didn’t know what to pick. The barista that helped me not only made me her favourite drink but treated me to something sweet. Honestly I wish I got your name but bless you! I have lost two grandmothers in the last 24 hours and the days have been hard. Today was the first time I was out and about on my own you made my day. I cannot thank you enough! Loosing someone you love is hard let alone two within hours of eachother. From the bottom of my heart …… THANK YOU!!

terrible experience. fly in our coffee took it back and server told other staff about it all they could do was laugh. looked at pastry shelf and 2 flies laying on croissants. will not be back. music so loud they cannot hear what you order properly

Kind of an odd experience to say the least. Placed a mobile order today at around 4:00PM for a specific drink, select it for pickup through the drive thru. Arrive, they say “yep we’ve got your order ready just pull through”. Issue arrives when we pull to the window and the person working starts handing us our drinks. I notice that one of them is slightly off, considering I ordered a dragonfruit lemonade refresher. These drinks are as purple as Barney. The drink she hands me is yellow. Like. Looking like week old Mountain Dew. So I ask her about it, and she states “oh. We’re out of the dragonfruit. So it’s basically the same thing, it tastes the same”. So I stated “I feel odd paying for something I didn’t order” and her response was to just ignore that and continue helping other customers. No offer of a refund. No offer of anything. So I ended up leaving and going to the Starbucks at the Indigo on Fanshawe Park and Richmond instead, explain to them, and they’re kind enough to remake my drink properly. All this location had to do was state, when I pulled to the speaker before the window, was “hey. We’re out of the toppings. Do you want something else or a refund”. Instead they waited until I was at the window and said “oh it’s the same. Sorry”. Will not be returning to this location. Quite shocking considering Starbucks staff are normally incredibly helpful, kind and absolutely fantastic. Will only be going to other locations from now on.

To be honest, this is the slowest Starbucks drive I been at. My first wait was at the drive through order section, she kept daying I'll be right with you for 4 minutes. I only ordered Grande dark roast coffee. I turn around and there is 2 cars ahead of me only and here I am waiting another 5 minutes. I could there orders not more then 2 drinks per car. I get to the window and i see only one customer inside and i did ask why was it taking so long, she replied with an apology and said we are very busy. Again I was the third car and one customer inside.

Even though the rewards app wasn't showing my birthday reward, the manager here stepped up and "made it right." It was incredible nice of her and above and beyond service.

I recently visited the Starbucks location in North London, Ontario and it was a great experience. The staff was friendly and efficient, providing quick service with a smile. The coffee was hot and delicious, and the pastries were fresh and tasty. The store was clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere to enjoy the food and drink. The seating area was comfortable and inviting, making it a great spot to work or catch up with friends. Overall, this Starbucks location is a top-notch coffee shop that provides a great experience. Highly recommended!

I usually don’t visit this Starbucks location and even I am at the Masonville area almost every week. I come here, if I am shopping at stores such as Best Buy or Staples. It is a new Starbucks location just around a couple years old. The customer service is great. I mainly go to the Starbucks across the street the one inside Indigo Book Store beside Pet Smart. I recommend this Starbucks (Best Buy plaza) and the one across the street (with the Indigo Book Store and Pet Smart). The Starbucks inside Masonville Mall is okay, but it gets overwhelming with big line ups, a bit understaff and order time takes longer since the mall is busy sometimes. I ordered a chocolate coffee cold brew the one at Masonville. It is okay, but it needs the more chocolate flavour to kick in the flavour. This Starbucks and the one at Indigo Book Store across the street have faster service. This location by Best Buy taste better. I got their drinks here before and it is better. The last time I was here was around the Canadian Thanksgiving 2022 and the service was great. If you want fast service for Starbucks in the Masonville location. This one or the Indigo one is the best. The one inside the mall takes a while to get your order coming when it is busy on the weekends. Will visit back.Edit: My mistake, this is the Starbucks location the one beside HomeDepot. This Starbucks is better, but be safe exiting out of the drive-thru during rush hour. This Starbucks along with the Indigo and the Best Buy up the road by Masonville is better along with this location. Taste better and faster service. The one at Masonville Mall takes a bit longer when it gets very busy there.Parking: This is the newest Starbucks location for the north side of London, Ontario at the Hyland Centre plaza across from Masonville Mall on Fanshawe Park Road and Richmond Street. The parking with cars coming in and out can be a hassle with customers going to Best Buy or Staples there; which is also hard to get in or out. It can be a long line up; if you are over 10 metres waiting in a vehicle for drive-thru as it is best to go in-store for pick up as it is causing to block traffic. It gets busy during business hours.

Everything was really good, the inside looked very nice, and it was very clean. The only thing that bothered me was that one of the staff, possibly a manager, was complaining out loud about something while I was trying to read and I thought that was very unprofessional.
