I am writing this review as a reply to the previous review by “Michi” for this store. I am a regular at this location and also have experience in customer service. I was in the cafe when you walked in and caused the incident.
This individual came in with a Shoppers bag, a receipt, and a $5 bill on the phone. The individual loudly said can I get change (still near the entrance and not at the register), one of the workers said in a nice tone “sorry we are unable to open our registers without a purchase”. As soon as this was communicated, the individual yelled something along the line of “I just needed change for the bus, I’m going to leave a Google review” and made gestures of taking pictures as she was outside the store.
As a regular and someone who worked in customer service, I understand things can happen but one shouldn’t weaponize these reviews as a method of threat by not getting things your way.
The individual you describe in the review didn’t even get to say a word, making your review even less relevant. As a regular, I would appreciate you taking down your review in which I will take mine down as well if you comply. And also, be mindful of the other people in the place who are just trying to have a nice morning with a cup of coffee.

Staff is extremely rude and unhelpful especially the brown haired girl with a pony tail working this morning. She definitely needs retraining in customer service and had a horrible attitude. I would never recommend or go to this Starbucks again.

Frosty Queen

Sugar cookie drink dosnt taste right and unfortunately the girl with dark brown hair working at 3:40 pm window was rude. I'm use to happy star bucks workers. Tell her to fix her attitude.

Unfortunately had a run in with a really mean barista. She was on till when I placed my order and asked my name. I told her I have the app and continued to scan it, as I know whenever I’ve scanned my app they don’t need to ask my name. She got extremely angry and told me the scan didn’t go through because she was on the name screen. She was very snappy and unnecessarily rude as I apologized multiple times. Even after this she would not let me scan my app again to get the points. The drinks that we ended up receiving were incorrect, but we were too nervous to mention anything as she was clearly extremely heated as she was working. This experience is enough to make me not return as we were as pleasant as we could possibly be and she was so nasty and hostile despite this.

Great location. Drinks are consistent to Starbuck's standards. Clean location. Friendly staff.

BUT, IT'S BASICALLY A STUDY HALL. INDIVIDUALS COME IN WITH LAPTOPS AND STAY FOR HOURS UPON HOURS. SO GOOD LUCK GETTING A TABLE.

LETTING PEOPLE SIT FOR HOURS WITH ONE BEVERAGE DOESN'T GENERATE REVENUE!

The blonde girl at the drive through window was friendly however she had me scan my card twice as she said it didn’t work the first time. Checked my bank app later that day and both charges went through for the two drinks so I paid over $28!!!! And the one drink was made wrong.
