When i came to gram by coffee i saw how the manager Stephanie was rude twords the other workers at the location, one of them looked like shes about to pass out however the manager would not let her to go on break.

I will NEVER come back to this location with such poor management !

She should not treat people like that and maybe she should not be a manager if she lacks empathy twords the other coworkers.

(The coffee was actually delicious, but seeing how the workers were treated really killed the mood.)

Went to get my free Birthday beverage with my registered gift card I have been using 10+ years and they asked if I used it much. I do not because I usually pay cash or debit, so apparently your free birthday beverage is based on how much you use a registered card. Very disappointed!

Barista didn't put lid on tight enough and it spilled all over my wife's hand, wallet, shirt and pants as barista handed over drink at drive-thru. Barista was apologetic and replaced the drink but didn't offer anything else to make the experience right. Wife's plans were ruined because wallet damaged and clothes needed to be laundered.

Wife calls store to speak with manager and leaves number but didn't hear anything from the store manager. Called today and finally got a hold of a manager after 2 days. Manager Stephanie was not sympathetic about the situation or take accountability for her barista's error. She just said it was an unfortunate accident and that store policy is to replace the drink that was already purchased.

I called Starbucks to get a more suitable resolution. They were more effective.

Stephanie do better to make customer experience right especially when they carelessly spill hot beverages on customers and ruin personal property. I will not return to this location again.

I recently visited my usual Starbucks drive-thru location, and unfortunately, my experience was less than pleasant. This has always been my go-to spot, so I was surprised by the recent changes that left me dissatisfied.

Just last Friday, I received stickers for my drink lids, which I found to be a thoughtful touch to prevent spills. However, during my visit today, I was informed that they stopped providing these stickers before Friday. This inconsistency was disappointing, especially since I had come to appreciate that small gesture. Seems like a lack of communication or coordination among the staff.

Additionally, the trays they use to serve drinks are increasingly cumbersome and less functional. They make it challenging to handle multiple drinks without the risk of spills, which is frustrating when you order numerous drinks and require a tray.

Overall, I left feeling let down by the experience at my favorite Starbucks location. I hope they can address these issues and bring back and improve the little things that make visits enjoyable. A consistent and thoughtful approach to service can make all the difference.

Worst of worst experience with this store, they have black Friday deal on Doordash, buy one get one free, first, they sent me only one coffee, And then I found it's just a cup of milk with zero coffee in it, other ingredients are not there, taste terrible, it's the worst experience ever and ruined my whole morning!!

Will not be going to this location again.
My partner and I went inside and waited in line with one person ahead of us. Once they were served we approached the cash.
The guy behind the till stared at us, did not greet us which made me uncomfortable. I didn’t know to greet him or not because he seemed very unhappy. I awkwardly started my order since I was getting drinks to bring home to my family. I had asked for no ice in one (ice had to be taken out of one of the drinks), I ordered a chai drink with no ice and I was told it would be all ā€œwarm and gross/ nasty, but okā€ by the guy at the cash.
I felt so uncomfortable I wanted to leave. I’ve ordered this drink before this way and there was never anything wrong with it. So I just shrugged and said I was ordering it for someone else.
I had also ordered a brownie and he shrugged and said that’s it for brownies want something else? (sarcastically/ disingenuously) with so much attitude. I didn’t even end up ordering something for myself because of how poorly we were treated and I figured I would’ve just been given a hard time again. I don’t know what this individuals problem was but seriously don’t be in the food service industry if that is how you are going to talk to people.
If I am paying $7-9 for a drink I should be able to get it without ice, or with an extra pump of something, or half sweet.
I will be avoiding this location like the plague. I highly advise that you do to.

I ordered for delivery through the app on Nov 18, around 8pm, all my drinks spilled out. The cup broken like the pic. Don’t know what to do, so I called the this store to see if they have any solution. The male staff who answered the phone was super rude. He kept saying Starbucks doesn’t have delivery, but they does. It is the promotion on the Starbucks app. Then I asked for the help, he was kind of raising the voice to me. I asked for the name, he didn’t give me his name either. At the end, I have to call everywhere to figure out the issue.
Been to this store many times, but this is the first time I experienced this kind of negative manners. That staff is ruining all the great experience.

I’ve been to this location many times and have never had any issues up until recently. I went inside and ordered, but when I said my name to the lady at cash she replied to me, repeating my name, saying ā€œbut that’s a boys nameā€. Honestly I was shocked cause I feel like my name isn’t that uncommon for girls. I was also very offended, but I didn’t want to be rude so I just laughed with her about it. Anyways, I ordered an iced chai gingerbread oat latte but when I got my drink it was a latte with whip cream. I really didn’t want that drink and I knew it wasn’t what I ordered, so I went back in to ask if I could get it replaced. While I was waiting a worker said ā€œI know what she orderedā€ in a nasty tone right infront of me to her coworker. I’ve worked at places like Starbucks in my life and I understand it can be tough but I know that I didn’t order what I received. At the end of the day I got the right thing and all was well. I hate to be that person and complain, I am just upset about how I was treated in there.

This is the third time I put my drinks at garbage. I don't know why this branch isn't the same as others in preparing things. I ordered Pecan Curnch late and was not good at all. Also, last time I ordered, Expresso was bad, too.
