It was almost 8pm when I went in and was not terribly busy. I was the only one at the counter. It took a few minutes for someone to come take my order. Then I watched as two employees behind the counter stood and chatted while I waited. It was awhile before they made my drink. Then they forgot the lemon loaf I had ordered. I was not asked if I wanted it heated up. I was still waiting while some customers going thru the drive thru were served before me. It was the worst service I have ever had in a Starbucks.

I frequently visit this drive-through location with my puppy, and there are usually a few friendly staff members who kindly offer a pup cup, which I really appreciate. This afternoon, because it was sunny, I wanted my dog to have a pup cup, so I stopped by for a drink. However, the curly-haired staff member at the window was extremely rude. When I asked for a pup cup, she gave me a dismissive look, returned with only a small amount of cream, and told me I should have ordered it at the beginning. After handing me my drink, she slammed the window shut so hard it left me speechless. My intention was to enjoy a pleasant moment with my dog, but instead, I was met with the worst service I’ve ever experienced at this location.

I normally wouldn’t review a big chain brand, however this Starbucks sticks out to me, not because of their menu, but because of the atmosphere while I was in today. Not only was the staff friendly and easy to work with prepping my order timely, and the music was playing an artist not many know of, but is a staple in my family. Overall just a lovely experience.

I come in here every morning for usually a coffee but sometimes a caramel ribbon crunch cuz he doesn't like to spoil themselves but this morning I accidentally dropped one and they replaced it for me which I was not expecting them to do it all actually caught me really off guard just want to say great place to come for coffee always a smiling face to see you in the morning which is nice and great coffee which is even better sincerely the lion

Every thing is perfect except the restroom most of the time it’s dirty, I would prefer to see it clean when ever I need to use it I thought it’s one time but whenever I come it’s dirty. Hopefully they take care of it more.

Amazing staff!! But they will sometimes suggest add ons without disclosing that there is an added price and near closing, they are often out of purée. But if your drink is made incorrectly, they are super sweet and will remake it!!!

Amber consistently demonstrates exceptional customer service at this Starbucks location, distinguishing herself from "Karen's" previous feedback. She goes above and beyond to ensure every patron feels welcomed and integrated into the Starbucks community. Amber takes the time to learn customers' names and preferences, accurately recalling their drink orders during subsequent visits, even months after.

Her exemplary conduct is a model for other staff members across Starbucks Canada and deserves recognition. As a regular customer, I have not encountered any negative remarks regarding Amber's service; she is frequently commended for her outstanding, world-class customer interactions.

Moreover, the entire team at this location excels in building rapport with customers, surpassing the service quality observed at other locations. This collective effort should be acknowledged and praised rather than overshadowed by the criticisms of a minority of dissatisfied "Karens."

The team provides exceptional world-class customer service at the 1725 Richmond Starbucks location in London, Ontario. Great job going above and beyond for all customers every time, no matter who the customer is or their attitude towards staff!

I’m always hesitant when writing bad reviews because I would much rather prefer to say good things about a business. However, the horrible customer service that has been received not just once but MULTIPLE TIMES at this location is horrendous. I think the specific staff member name is Amber (she looked like she tucked her name tag in probably because she’s terrible in customer service). Every time I’ve walked in, I’ve been met with dirty looks, her staring at my fiance and other guests I’m with and looking at us with such distain. From the looks of the other reviews, we re not the only group that has experienced this and head office needs to be notified (which I will definitely be reaching out) I’ve been to several Starbucks location and I’ve never experienced such bad energy with a staff member before. She went on to whisper and gossip with her other colleagues and they proceed to be cold and odd. As a customer, I don’t feel safe in this type of environment where these people are making my drinks especially when Starbucks stands behind great customer service. I definitely never receive it at this store when she’s around. Something needs to be done about Amber because she’s detracting loyal customers from coming to this location because of her bad attitude and lack of professionalism.
