Beautiful layout, but difficult intersection for drivers. Only way in is when your going North on wonderland or West on Commissioner Rd, but that being said, it's still a 5-star location. It's huge on the inside wou big floor to ceiling windows. Super comfy lounge chairs and tables and bar tables for laptop working days.

One of the managers there is extremely toxic and absolutely horrible to staff when she thinks no one is listening. I cant imagine what else she says in the back or before opening etc This isn't how you get the best out of people or run a good store. Customers can tell what kind of manager a store has by the other employees. Not what I thought starbucks was about at all. Won't be going to this location again

Great location. Probably the largest Starbucks in the city. great atmosphere for meetings and studies. they even have a conference table. the staff is awesome, and since it is more of a 'sit down Starbuck's' the drive thru is always quick

I was having one of those mornings and I ordered my whole mobile order to the wrong Starbucks this morning. I got to the drive thru and the barista (I wish I got their name) met me with such kindness and understanding. They helped me get my order despite my own stupidity with no hassle. It might seem like a small thing but I’m really grateful. Thank you ❤️

It's really nice in there, they are friendly and enjoyable to talk to, sometimes the place can be loud but otherwise it's nice.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced!
Went after 8 am to grab a quick beverage with my husband. The place was virtually empty with two customers sitting at the tables. Although there were 5 or 6 staff behind the counter, none would take our order. We stood there for a while waiting until someone at least said something like, 'hello, will be right with you'. All of them saw us but wouldn't even acknowledge our peresence. Some literally prentended to be busy so they wouldn't look after us. Not sure what brought this on us but we left rather discusted with the treatment we received. Maybe we just didn't look like a typical, latte-sipping Starbucks crowd? This is without a doubt the worst we've been treated by a business. Starbucks must simply not care about good customer service. A piece of advise, if you are going to serve overpriced beverages, perhaps you should invest in training staff and teach them good manners and how to provide good customer service. What a joke this place is.

I went into this Starbucks and had to use the bathroom but they were all locked and required people to use a keypad and enter a code. There was line up and I had not been to this Starbucks before why are the bathroom lock requiring you to ask someone for a code when it was a busy Saturday. This is just degrading and self serving of this establishment making you ask for the code to use the bathroom Really it’s just a big don’t come here your not welcome! So avoid at all costs

Customer service industry, no service. Thought all starbucks were open until 9pm, so went inside at 7:58, unaware it was closing. Other people still inside but I guess they locked the door behind us, then told us they were closed after a minute or two of looking at the menu. (I've managed a few stores and never once would ever turn a customer away even 1 minute before close but I truly understand that most people these days can't be bothered bc its not their company and they're suuuuch busy people with things to do that making a drink in 60 seconds is quite burdensome.

Made the second mistake of asking to use the bathroom and she sarcastically felt sooo bad that she couldn't unlock the bathroom for us. So we leave and then had to wait for someone to unlock the exit to let us leave. Super disgusting feeling. And end of day sure, establishment a bit grimey/dirty feeling.

(Side note: best starbucks in town is on fanshawe near Shoppers. Talk about 5 star service every time. Take notes or go work at tim hortons.)
