Starbucks is successful for a reason.Quality.It's unfortunate that there seems to be a phenomenon of tech captured zombies loitering here. I get seriously weirded out by groups of people who avoid eye contact and have their heads all hooked up to the data pirates' devices.Does anyone know how this mass capturing of the collective evolved?

Had a wonderful experience at this location today! Baristas were kind, attentive, and efficient. Our order was on the larger side with some more complicated drinks and they made sure they had everything accurate before having me drive forward. The drinks looked and tasted delicious as well! So happy we stopped here.

When a business caters to the drive through instead of the clients who bother to enter the business that is a terrible shame. I noticed no attempt to up-sell the clients in line either nor eye contact. Too much time wasted by clients standing around waiting for drinks too, while the the drive through got all the attention. A code is required to access the washrooms.Deliveries made through the front door of the dining room is horrible especially during cold evenings. The place was so cold clients had to bundle up and certainly everyone’s hot drinks got cold. Music isn’t consistent with a relaxing atmosphere and played too loud. The dining room is very sparse and probably could have 50% more seating. No terrace for the summer is a faux-pas.However, even though Canadian Starbucks’ locations are some of the worst in the world in general this location has potential with the right management and ownership.If all you need is coffee, you’re better off at McDonald’s

I was sent half a coffee when ordered on Uber, and there was no straw with order despite one of the drinks pretty much requiring it with how much whip was on top. I paid way more money than this was worth.For a place that promises quality and charges premium prices, thats unacceptable. Staff should be trained properly.Ordered on Wednesday around 1 Pm
Can't beat their Cinnamon Ribbon Crunch and Ginger Molasses cookies. No more seating though. Boo.

I went for a coffee through the drive through and a woman who's name I believe was Sav, was working the window. SHE IS AMAZING! It was 730am and she made my day just with her amazing personality. I know she said her energy comes from 5 espresso shots, but I appreciated the lovely spirit she gave. I will continue to go back to this location just because she's so nice to customers. Kindness goes a long way

I don’t need much to make me happy. I just want some good food served by people who don’t hate serving people.I’ve always enjoyed Sunrise jerk chicken. They aren’t the best but they’re far far from the worst. Flavourful and tasty. Coleslaw was fresh and crisp. I was served with a smile.But one of the main reasons why Sunrise earned 5 stars is because they’re open when others are closed. How a restaurant can close at 6:00 is beyond me.Kudos to Sunrise for serving food after 7pm like a normal restaurant!!!
