I just read some of the 1 star reviews to see if someone had a bad experience or no, and there they are bunch of staff behavior complaints. I'm not sure if Starbucks is deliberately not firing such demeaning staff, but I was so disappointed at this one girl working at the front. It was 4:30 pm on 23rd Oct, just for the record and when I entered the staff not only ignored me, but was staring at me so ominously from time to time, that I had to keep an eye on her in case she intended to jump on me. Though the guy that attended me was super nice, but again the girl that actually made my Cafe mocha dumped it on the serving counter without any eye contact or greeting words and then I found there was barely any cream inside the Cafe mocha for which I paid $6+ including tip. Starbucks please raise your standards....you don't want to ruin your reputation for the sake of staff with poor customer service skills.

Went to this location 15 mins to close. I usually order through the app since I have a hard time communicating, but it was too close to closing so I went through the drive thru. While having a hard time explaining I wanted brown sugar syrup instead of simple syrup in my drink the employee went on a full minute’s long tangent about why the way I asked for that was incorrect and confusing. I would’ve explained myself but the employee was so incredibly demeaning to me that I couldn’t say anything. I couldn’t even finish asking for what I wanted when they told me to pull up. So I didn’t get the drink I wanted and was de-humanized by the employee. I understand it being incredibly tough working in the service industry but it’s still not a valid reason to be so incredibly rude to a client unprovoked.

This location had a barista with a cold working the drive-through and handling food. This is both unprofessional and unhygienic. Please reconsider scheduling staff who are visibly sick to ensure customer health and safety.

If you use the bathroom at this location check for toilet paper first. Every time I use the bathroom here there is no paper.
I go here every day for my nitro cold brew today I went back in because the coffee tasted off and they literally changed the keg 3 times I felt bad and told them it's not that big of an issue but they insisted and made sure I got a proper tasting coffee service 10/10 the team at the location is made up of an all-star line up. Thanks guys your the best!

Staff here are always top notch. My pal Sydney in the drive thru makes you feel like you’re getting your coffee from a friend you lost touch with and just happened to run into. Fast, efficient &never any issues with my order.
I will however give the drive thru set up a whopping 2/5 stars because if you’re entering the plaza off Oxford you legit have to do a 15-point turn to get your car into the drive thru lane - so Godspeed.
