Starbucks app sucks you in with their free drink offer on your birthday but you don’t it unless you ask for it FIRST before you scan your app. Luckily the barista messed up the order anyways and made a grande instead of the Vente my wife wanted. So at least it their half hearted birthday wish didn’t cost me more than our usual Starbucks order does.

Incredibly unfriendly staff, especially considering the price. I have visited this Starbucks on 4 occasions and have been continually and increasingly disappointed by the coldness, unfriendliness and unwelcoming behaviour coming from the staff. It’s almost like they forgot to make this location do the customer service module. I’ll be avoiding this location as much possible unless something changes.

Not sure if it's because this location is so new and is still getting setup, but everything seems to be half ready...Despite what the menu says, there's no food. All drinks are grande only, and for some reason you can't use app to order ahead.Service is friendly but very slow. Likely because everyone has to order at the counter.

I know it's probably just because they're a new location, but we had a disappointing experience. If you're going to advertise a new featured line-up of drinks, then you should really have the staff and ingredients to make them. They had a sign out front AND on the main board of four new featured autumn drinks. My girlfriend and I both ordered from that menu to the response of, "oh I don't know how to make those" and "what's in those?". He asked the other barista there and she checks and tells us they don't have all of the ingredients to make those drinks. She offers caramel as a substitute and we agree and pay. She comes to us with our drinks telling us they didn't have caramel either and that she just made us something tasty instead. We should have argued it, but there was a significant line and we didn't want to hold it up so we just left with our mystery drinks. They weren't very good. We were disappointed that we didn't get what we came or paid for.
