The staff is always friendly and welcoming. They even remember me after months away, which is a nice touch. The coffee is decent, and it’s a reliable spot for a quick drink or snack.

However, there are a few downsides. The wait can be a bit long during busy times, so adding an extra barista might help. The removal of seating during COVID hasn’t been reversed, even though there’s space for it. This takes away from the cozy cafe feel Starbucks is known for.

Starbucks cafe located in downtown London. Great service! It was the only Starbucks, in London, that had the Christmas blend coffee. When I called to confirm, they had put my coffee on hold and they even gave me a free snowman cookie when I picked it up.
