Rude employees don’t want to honour Starbucks rewards and they make drinks that are wrong without wanting to fix it. I get it’s busy but that is not an excuse. We all need to be treated the same.

This is the only location closest to my office, so I have to go there but every time I go, I ask for extra hot drink as by the time I get to work, it is at room temperature. And I specifically ask for extra extra hot, but they still make it normal hot. This has happened twice in the same week, I have contacted customer service as well, but no luck. How hard is it to follow one direction?

Been going to this store regularly but today I had to put a review. Huge Appreciation to the guy with the glasses who attended us on the drive through window unfortunately couldn’t catch his name but love his energy, enthusiasm and positivity!
Very busy intersection so they sometimes have issues hearing drive thru orders. Otherwise no concerns with this location.

I ordered a drink that I have ordered before, I preordered, I walked in and I noticed my drink was made wrong. I hav only ordered it once before so I thought maybe I ordered it wrong( which I did not) as I am trying to explain to the male barista working this evening that maybe I ordered wrong and how can I order it next time correctly so they do not have to remake it, he cuts me off and tells me “ it’s fine I read it wrong” with so much attitude I was taken aback. I have never been talked to like that at a Starbucks before. He was extremely condescending. And Ofcourse he makes the drink wrong again. So this time I don’t say anything in fear of being talked to like I’m and idiot again. Which infuriated me especially since it’s a 10$ drink, I put the drink back on the counter. As I walked out I gave him a piece of my mind. I don’t know what kind of staff this Starbucks has and how the run their business but I come almost every day and will not be back. You make the drink wrong yet your giving me attitude. Waste of 10$ out of my hard earn money . Bad taste in my mouth now

Here for 5 hours and not for a single second did the staff have anything but smiles and laughs for me. Tonio in particular was an absolute delight; these folks are a pleasure to be around.

Tonio (Anthony) was SO kind and helpful! He really makes you feel special and always greets you with a smile ☺️ I couldn't load an offer on my phone through the Starbucks app, but he was still able to help me get what I requested and offered an additional deal! What an angel! Nihiarika was very sweet as well ☺️ The drinks were made perfectly ?? I got an Iced Passion Tango Tea made with Lemonade on the left, Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade Refresher on the right, as well as a cake pop. ? ? What a great highlight to my day! ?
