The employees at this location are truly amazing! Placed an order, got it out to my car and had it spill everywhere, when I went back in to grab napkins they offered to make me a new one. There was no hesitation or even asking, they just did it. They even brought me dish clothes out to my car so I could clean up the mess better! Thank you everyone!!

Rude employees don’t want to honour Starbucks rewards and they make drinks that are wrong without wanting to fix it. I get it’s busy but that is not an excuse. We all need to be treated the same.

This is the only location closest to my office, so I have to go there but every time I go, I ask for extra hot drink as by the time I get to work, it is at room temperature. And I specifically ask for extra extra hot, but they still make it normal hot. This has happened twice in the same week, I have contacted customer service as well, but no luck. How hard is it to follow one direction?

Been going to this store regularly but today I had to put a review. Huge Appreciation to the guy with the glasses who attended us on the drive through window unfortunately couldn’t catch his name but love his energy, enthusiasm and positivity!
