My first coffee picked up in the drive through was cold. I parked & walked in only to then be given the wrong coffee. 1 staff member said they couldnt do a pour over. Another staff member said they could. Then the manage got involved. 3 baristas later & waiting 25 minutes I finally got the 1 simple hot blonde coffee with milk I asked for all along. 6 other ppl in the coffee bar plus the drive through got their coffee before me. Not accepted service & you asked for a tip!

all new staff, new manager. spent 25 minutes in the store and had them remake my drink before i just asked for a refund and left empty handed. worst starbucks experience yet.

I chose Starbucks this morning instead of McDonald’s and what a mistake. I ordered a venti mocha, it was not even warm and when I went to pickup the cup the cup collapsed in my hand the lid popped off and I spilled the stupid thing on my beige shorts and my clean truck. Never again.

First timer at this location today and I Spent $40 abd two lattes were half full and I only noticed once I got home. The sandwiches were thrown together and the cheese was melted to the bag. Two egg bites were so burnt they crumbled when my daughter ate them. The cashier was laughing at the person on the other side of the head set, rather than communicating to me. Very disappointed with this location to say the least. I could go back to get my drinks remade but at what cost? My own gas and time. Other locations in the city are far better.

Worst coffee I've ever tasted!!! Very weak and watery, and not much coffee flavour. The excuse given was that it was a large cup with only the same amount of coffee as a smaller cup, which would therefore be stronger. I'm sorry but this is total B.S. This is NOT the way to make good coffee!
When I complained, extra coffee was added, but it didn't improve the taste by very much. Other Starbucks locations I have visited made good coffee in the same size large cup, whereas the one I was served tasted like dirty dishwater. I will definitely NOT return to this location again and I CANNOT in good concience recommend it to anyone else.

I don't usually leave bad reviews, however I felt like I needed to share my recent experience. I placed a mobile order Friday at 835ish under my name. My partner came to pick it up and was greeted by a woman to whom which sounded confused regarding the mobile order name. Another rude male cut her off and went "its ready for you pull up" he pulled up as there was just the male employee in site my partner sat at the window watching the drink be made left on the counter and ignored for almost 10 mins. My partner couldn't reach the window to knock and the male never noticed him standing there facing away from the window. My partner then drove back around going past the speaker. The male then noticed and came to the window and opened it with hesitation, my partner said "the mobile order for ______" the guy then proceeds to say "HUH?" my partner repeats himself again and the guy looks around confused, sees the drink and hangs it thorough the window and says "enjoy".

The worst part is, when my partner brought it home to me I noticed it was made wrong.

Ask for an iced tea they don’t know how to make a regular iced tea with no sugar I said, give me a regular tea and a cup of ice they gave me some sweetened iced tea something I didn’t want ate a breakfast sandwich. All this combined turned into explosive diarrhea, within three minutes of eating it on the toilet some psycho woman constantly trying to get into the bathroom. Meanwhile there’s two bathrooms they’re just bathrooms people you go inside you close the door what difference does it make? Maybe listen to your customers when they ask you for what they want or some people have dietary restrictions And I don’t know what you guys are putting in your sandwiches you’re just as bad as Tim Hortons if your causing people to have explosive diarrhoea five minutes after they eat it there’s something wrong

Every time I go here there's more ice in my lemonade. ?This time can't even get to all the pearls before I'm out of drink. Can hardly move the straw around to get to them. Go to the one on Dundas and Clark instead, they always give the right amount of ice. They do better frappes, too.

The servers at Starbucks are always amazing though, you guys are always so friendly.
