My mom loves the white hot chocolate with mocha added to it. She gets this at home in KY all the time. But in London, ON, Canada at the Oxford and Wellington location she was at first told they didn't have it anymore and then told they could make it. Um, ok? Next issue was when she asked for mocha added to it they asked if she meant espresso, so she said nevermind to that. Once paid and received (through drive through) she thought it tasted horrible and could not drink it. I tried it and it tasted like steamed milk with a touch of vanilla added to it. Yuck!

I had such a lovely experience at this Starbucks today! On a gloomy, rainy day, I was greeted with not only a hot drink but also a handwritten message on my cup that said, “Stay warm & dry!!” with a cute little umbrella doodle, such a small gesture, but it absolutely made my day. You can really feel the kindness and care from the team here. Thank you for spreading warmth (literally and emotionally) :)
