During March 21 but one get one free event, they told me that the event is not available in this location??? Should starbuck event be available in all locations??? Why does university starbuck have an expection? Because they want to make us university student even more broke than we are???

I asked 5 times I want my espresso in a tall cup, but the manager didn't give me a tall cup and she started to explain to me it is impossible to give tall cup for espresso. IMPOSSIBLE??!?!!She was rude. And I only asked for a tall cupSo annoying. Insulting.

So there is a second full size Starbucks in the lower level of UCC, I think it opens tomorrow (Aug 18th). It looks great, lots of space. Full out Starbucks, not the little corner Express version they have on the main floor. Should be good. Open right now in the summer. Looks clean and new still.
would give it 0 stars if possible. always charge more than any other starbucks... charged me for "no water", even though i've gotten the same drink for years with "no water" and have never been charged extra, so I expressed that and I got told "too bad, you got lucky". also apparently cant upsize drink cups for free, but you can at any other starbucks. somehow my drink came to $9.21 when its only $7.30 at other starbucks. ripping students off

I love the staff here! They are always very friendly and their service is very quick, even on busy days. Would 100% recommend, always come here for coffee after classes. :0)
