Seems to me they don’t like giving out receipts for some reason ..

I’ve ordered so many times and have not been given receipts even after requesting it so many times …

What is the problem huh???

I ordered Uber eats delivery through them , a combo chicken sandwich with pop and fries . Did not receive the fries and pop was not what I wanted … this has happened 2wice now .. And they won’t even fulfill the order to complete or compensate for it …

ordered through door dash oh honey chicken tenders. never received such horrible food and later had very bad diarrhea. this place needs to be shut down

Very disappointing online delivery order. We tried their food for the first time on UberEats while there was a buy 1 get 1 free sale. We wanted to get the 10pcs boneless fried chicken, but they were sold out (a chicken place without chicken... ok...). So we ordered the 10 piece rice cake and chicken karaage curry, both of which had the buy 1 get 1 free offer.First of all, the rice cake was extremely hard. It was so hard that it genuinely hurt my tooth biting into one, and I could not continue eating it because it hurt my jaws. I wish I was exaggerating, but I'm really not. One good thing was that there was a lot of rice cake; it says 10-piece on UberEats but the total was more than 20 pieces. Though I'm not sure if that's really a "good" thing now, because they are basically inedible.The chicken karaage curry was a bowl with purple rice, taro chips, 2 pieces of chicken, cabbage, and onion. There was no curry. We had two of these bowls, but no curry at all. So it was just plain rice with chicken and some veg. To be fair, the chicken had a good crunch and was quite tasty, which made us wonder how good the boneless fried chicken might be. However, we are not planning to order from here ever again. It was a major letdown, especially since we were excited to have some Asian food in London.

Went today with my family and ordered three chicken burgers and an order of fried chicken and dumplings - can’t speak for my brothers but the dumplings had an inconsistent and overall odd texture and had a strange mustard and dill(?) sauce. Did not look anything like what was advertised. The chicken drumsticks tasted like grease and left a bad taste in my mouth. I currently feel nauseous and won’t likely be returning.

Me and my friend got diarrhoea after eating here. It’s horrible, we ordered on Uber eats for buy 1 get 1 offer. It’s really gross.
