Do not mobile order from here employees don’t follow the directions. We ordered toasted subs with different amounts of toppings and they didn’t toast them at all, they put a small amount of toppings and sauce, and my girlfriend found a potato wedge in her sub (have picture)?! Like ew

The lady who works there and has been mentioned in multiple reviews was very rude and agressive when she was asked a question about toppings.

Rude older lady. Doesnt care to take order on time. We stood for 10-15 minutes for simple order. She preferred 2 online orders before us which came later then we arrived. Doesn’t care about vegetarians by touching all the cheese with meaty gloves.

Who is the owner of this store? Seems like they don’t care about their business. The old lady doesn’t even greet or care to take orders. There’s enough reviews on her behaviour already. I ordered a veg salad today and the other girl was barely putting anything. I had to repeat myself saying “more please” which was annoying. $10 for a salad and didn’t even fill up the container and i literally had 3 toppings. Very disappointing, unfriendly customer service. Also this is supposed to be a fast paced restaurant but both ladies take too long to make simple orders. Owner! You gotta look into your staff’s customer service since they’re at the front all the time.

I had the worst experience in Subway store located at downtown London.
This is 3rd time that i have experienced such a bad customer service and food as well. I had high expectations from Subway but everytime that i went there, was treated rudely. I ordered Rotisserie-style Chicken and ask to add more sauce but i was denied saying that she has already added, after that i asked her to add crispy onions that when she told me that this sub doesn't comes with crispy onions.
Very very disappointed with the service

I went to this location 4 times every time . there they don't listen to customer . Every time i order subway they won't make it correct. Today i again ordered i added extra sauces but the subway was dry , on requesting still they didnot listened to me.
