Both girl works there are so rude! They never have all toppings out, or cookies. They need to replace the staff at this location.

The safe food handling practices are questionable and staff are very rude... you can't ask them to change their gloves after touching the till because your Service will go completely down hill. Train the staff on customer service and safe food handling but I would just recommend not going here at all.

The Oxford & Wellington Subway location makes consistently good sandwiches, and the staff are courteous. But, please, bring back the sliced green olives, and the double chocolate cookies.

The food is always delicious and fresh here. Even if there's a line, it goes by quickly. Typically it's the same girl working and she's very nice and has good service. I will order my food to go but there is a small eating area. The downside is that the bathroom has had an out of order sign since covid time. I don't actually think the bathroom is out of order, perhaps the owner just doesn't want people to use it. Either way if it is out of order, it's been that way for at least 3 years now.

This is hands down the worst Subway location I’ve ever visited.
The food was disgusting—the bread was stale, the veggies looked rotten, and there was barely any meat in the sub. The owner is clearly cutting corners to save money, giving tiny portions and undercutting toppings like we’re getting food for free. It’s a joke.
The customer service was shockingly bad. The staff acted like they didn’t want to be there, gave attitude over basic requests, and rushed us through like we were bothering them. Not a single smile or thank you—just pure rudeness.
But the worst part? The place is dirty and unhygienic. The counters were messy, garbage bins overflowing, and the food prep area looked like it hadn’t been cleaned all day. I even saw someone handling food without gloves—absolutely disgusting.
I don’t care if you’re starving—avoid this Subway. There are plenty of better, cleaner, and more respectful places to eat. This location is a complete embarrassment to the Subway brand

I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience made me want to write one. I went in there, and immediately wasn’t greeted even though she was not busy with other people. I would normally not care, but it felt like she was annoyed that we were there. We asked for 2 subs and I feel like every time I asked for something, she did the opposite. I asked for my bacon to be cooked twice as long and she just looked at me and didn’t do it. I asked for nachos, she added a pinch full of cheese and overflowed the nachos with sauce. For my subs, I asked for only a couple jalapeños and she put a big handful. I asked for extra pickles, she put like 2 on each sub. I asked for the house sauce for one of the subs, and she put garlic aioli sauce and a lot of it. At this point, I felt like she did not want to be there and was inconvenienced by me asking for 2 cookies.
Ordered online for the BOGO, but immediately regretted it as the quality of the subs was the worst I’ve ever seen. As a frequent subway consumer, I’m honestly disgusted. The subway was lacking the appropriate meat, one was missing cheese completely while the other was missing the extra cheese I paid for, and they were both dry as if they had no sauce at all. I called and politely expressed my concerns about the subs, and was just told that “they made them as i ordered”. Not helpful at all. Will not be eating there again.

When people order a sub, like the steak and cheese, have your employees aware that not everyone wants a toasted sub. They just automatically dump the cold steak on the bread, before even asking if it's toasted or not, then they have to take it off, so they can actually warm it up.
The other thing, get rid of the "tip" option on the debit machine. It's presumptuous to think people are going to tip someone for making a sub at a fast food joint, even if they are a "sandwich artist."

Ordered online for Italian herbs and cheese, they got my order wrong and told me they ran out of Italian herbs and cheese. As I walk out I see a man who ordered after me eating an Italian herbs and cheese. Never coming here again
