When people order a sub, like the steak and cheese, have your employees aware that not everyone wants a toasted sub. They just automatically dump the cold steak on the bread, before even asking if it's toasted or not, then they have to take it off, so they can actually warm it up. The other thing, get rid of the "tip" option on the debit machine. It's presumptuous to think people are going to tip someone for making a sub at a fast food joint, even if they are a "sandwich artist."

Ordered online for Italian herbs and cheese, they got my order wrong and told me they ran out of Italian herbs and cheese. As I walk out I see a man who ordered after me eating an Italian herbs and cheese. Never coming here again

Whoever made my subs last week when I ordered through the app they were delicious loaded and had extra sauce as I had asked however whoever made my subs today barely put on any toppings or any sauce when I asked for extra sauce and my sub does not taste nearly as good and I am very disappointed

I found my flat bread is kind of like cookie. :) it is too hard to eat. But i go to the store and they help to replace it and explain to me. So i change my rate to five stars
Just bought a veggie sub here the Indian girl was ther to serve I requested her to make my sub wth clean glove didn't want meat on her glove she made me one but she never greet or says any word untill I paid infact she looked very upset serving me don't no why...so I give 0 to this service.

Normally I never write reviews, but the food experience here was so bad I just had to write one. Not only did they mess up my buy one get one order (it was saltier than the ocean and literally not edible), they asked me to bring in the subs back in to the store for a refund? I don't get the point of bringing them back in, were they going to taste it to verify? I don't live that close to this restaurant and was just in the neighborhood, on top of that I threw them out hours ago. Just don't go here
