I went to Subway on Sunday May 18 around 8:30 PM and the girl who works there hate her job, she was not friendly at all, she loves to talk back and her face show bitterness. Her presence was so negative that my kids decided to take the food to go.

I had a wonderful first visit to Subway, thanks to Tazinder. He was incredibly welcoming and attentive, guiding me through the menu and ensuring everything was clean as he prepared my sub. Worst experience ever for the second time. The girl who was working there at the nights is a completely worst employee I feel, who doesn’t know how to Treat a customer and she should know that it is always customer first. She had like 4 customer waiting to take order along with me while she was just standing filling out a form for 10 mins at 11:30pm while 4 of us were waiting to order food and she told us to wait for 10 mins and made it 15 mins and was still filling out the form. I lost my patience cause it is basic knowledge to help the customer first and provide good customer experience but this girl is a completely worst employee ever. Who should be given proper training on how to handle customers and serve customers better .

I went to the subway on 19th November at 12:15am one boy was working there when i entered he didn’t even asked what i want to order he was busy in making pickup order and behaving so rude. Worst experience.

I went into this location to grab two subs. I left 20 minutes later. I should have just left. Three employees working and only the trainee making sandwiches. I watched one employee hide for the last 10 mins of their shift just so the wouldnt be inconvenienced by making my sandwich. Just blatantly awful service.

Although well served and delicious, there was only one sandwich maker, and woth only four people in line, it took 34 minutes to get a sandwich because of delivery orders. The delivery orders should have it's own staffer.

Im from the area, so this is the subway I usually go to and I've never had issues until this year when some part of the management changed. They've clearly cut costs but made the store look all fancy to cover it up.

The new staff don't know how to make sandwiches. You ask for a little bit of mayo and they put a giant glob on one side and then don't put any on the rest of the sub.

They always prioritize online orders. I've waited 30+ minutes here before while the entire store is empty and they have 1 person working. Being all alone on a shift is stressful but it's really disrespectful to prioritize someone on Uber eats when you have a customer right in front of you that made the effort to come to your store and order from you. On top of it I usually come here on lunch breaks so I genuinely don't have 30 minutes to wait.
