Everytime inorder delivery it is disgusting. They chinse out on the meat, for get vegetables and when I ask for extra sauce I never get it. I would not recommend ever going here...there much be new management because this use to be my favorite subway in london now ill never go back!!!

I came yesterday around 9:30pm. This was one of the worst Subway experiences I’ve ever had. The staff member was openly rude and dismissive. When I asked for extra veggies, she claimed I had to pay extra — which is completely false. I’ve worked at Subway myself, and I know for a fact that this is NOT the policy anywhere. There’s no excuse for giving customers wrong information or treating them with that kind of attitude. Management seriously needs to step in, because this level of customer service is unacceptable. I found the front line dirty as well. I am sure they are loosing their customers.

So I ordered 2 Sweet Inion Teriyaki Bowls and everything I asked for wasn't even close. Asked for Spinach, peppers, tomatoes, onions,cucumbers double the veg. Which I wrote in the special instructions with NO cheese and extra sauce. WELL I did not get that. I got with lettuce, peppers, crispy onions, bean medley and cheese.. when I reached out and mentioned all this...... I got a stupid automated response. Sorry about your experience. We took $5 off your order. And my order was $50 which I still had to pay for even with their mistake.. I reached out to someone and keep getting same automated sorry blah blah blah I am finished with Subway and I will be letting social media know and all friends, family and more not to go anymore.

I order here frequently online and during the day always get exactly what I order and the quality is amazing! HOWEVER this is the second time I have ordered late at night and not got what I ordered and to top it off when I called to say I didn’t get what I ordered the employee HUNG UP ON ME! I have requested for management to contact me and hope they do! DO NOT order here outside of regular daytime hours other wise it is just a money grab and you end up hungry and throwing out the garbage they send! Stale/hard bread, incorrect ingredients and completely wrong order and unwilling to correct it! I asked for his name so when I speak to the manager, to which I was told “I don’t have to give it to you, I am the only one here he will know”. He then proceeded to say “I am not the only one here” and hung up! So which is it you are the only one there or aren’t? To be continued should the manager actually call……

This place is charging for cheese that is included in the toppings and is also included in the types of subs the company has been contacted over this as this store is in violation of subways policys when they are charging customers 6 dollars more on top of the cost of the food to make extra money for them self's

I give a zero!!! Just went into this Subway. And watched the man make subs for other people, he touched the cashier machine, then took money from a customer, gave money back to her. This is all with his gloves on. Then continued to make other subs. So grossed out. I will NEVER come to this location ever again.
