The food was good but the women working 25/07/25 at 12:20am was wearing bracelets that where hanging touching my sandwich , witch is against health code if the manager sees this please address it with the employees

Terrible experience here! terrible customer service representative yelling the whole time and in a grumpy mood! hes very stingy with the portions he made our sandwiches and it was very visible that its very little he didnt fill the scoop all the way! And when I asked him to use a full scoop started yelling! Please dont ever order from here if is working hes an old grumpy guy.

This isn't a critique of the individual workers this night but rather Subway as a corporation ideology on overnight service
I came in at 3 a.m. because I started my day very early in the morning to work on my academic duties. I paid $20 something with a tip for a combo while I read some papers. I got an hour into my work when I was told to leave. I can understand how the premises of someone staying that long seem unnecessary, but I have a puppy at home whom I was trying not to disturb while doing work.
I was not a disturbance nor was I done eating my entire combo when I was told to leave based on the frustrating argument that “homeless people will stay if we let people stay in for too long”.
I will also note they had that jarring alarm clock sound going off every 3 minutes the entire time to deter people from “overstaying” their welcome.
London businesses' persistently growing “anti-homeless” strategies are getting out of hand.
I also spend time in the GTA and will do this occupational hack in a 24/7 McDonald's and they just have security on site but don't resort to these ridiculous methods to stop people from enjoying their dining experience.
This is also across from London's biggest hospital and I couldn't imagine coming here for a meal while dealing with hospital-level medical intervention during the overnight and hearing that aggravating alarm clock while trying to eat in peace.
Again I intentionally chose this restaurant because it's advertised as being open 24/7, nowhere does it state there's a time limit. Not that it matters but I was literally doing work for my research job in a mostly empty restaurant (besides pick-ups), I paid $20 and hadn't even finished my drink and side and I was told to leave because “homeless people will stay”.

I ordered online then the experience was great. It was timely and definitely made me aware of when to show up on time to grab my sandwich. The customer service was great as well.

The person who served me and my friend was absolutely unbelievable. To begin with I'm a pretty regular customer of subway and quite enjoy the food. So i've been to multiple locations on quite a regular basis. My friend is a vegetarian and I'm a non vegetarian. As we always do, we asked the server to begin by making the vegetarian sub and then we would proceed with the non veg one which had never been a problem.. until that day.. The server just stared at us and repeated exasperated what non veg toppings. We let her know which one we'd like and she proceeded to the cheese. She accidentally put an extra cheese on the meat and then proceeded to just remove it from the meat and put it right back in the cheese box. Right in front of us. I was absolutely speechless. Then she proceeded to toast them absolutely close to each other so when she brought them out the meat from my sub was stuck to my friend's. And all she did was pull them apart. After filling the veggies she just stuffed them with her fingers instead of using a knife and somehow packed them. I really am so fond of subway but I would never again step into this branch. I've never had such an experience. Absolutely do not recommend. Served on July 21 around 5pm

Absolutely awful experience at this Subway. The staff looked irritated from the moment I walked in—grumbling and clearly unhappy to be there while making my sub. The customer service was nonexistent.
But what really shocked me was the cross-contamination. I watched the employee take cheese that had been used on a chicken sub and put the leftover portion back into the cheese container to be reused for the next customer. That’s disgusting and completely against food safety standards. Had a very bad experience
When I tried to express my concerns, the response was dismissive and rude. I asked for the employee’s name because he wasn’t wearing a name tag, and he just said, “I don’t have a name.” Completely unprofessional.
Easily one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had. I won’t be returning, though bing a loyal customer for over a year

I have the best attention tonight by Jasnoor and very good team, very nice place in everything. Subway where can I go 24 hours and get the best sandwich on the world. DON'T CLOSE NEVER PLEASE. The best sandwich, the best people. The 24 hours best place
Absolutely outstanding service at Subway! I visited around 8pm yesterday (11th May, 2025) and was blown away by the exceptional professionalism of the two employees on duty. They were prompt, polite, greeted me with a warm smile and hello, and made my sub exactly how I wanted it. They even thanked me for my business, a rare and refreshing touch. I’ve never experienced such top-notch service at any other Subway location. Hats off to the team!
There were 2 girls working, both were very professional. Quick accurate service with a smile!!! Will definitely be back there!! 😁😁😁😁😁
I have been to this store a lot before and my experience was good. But today a lady working at this location named Nancy’s attitude towards service making subway offering washroom each of this things was not up to the mark. Disgusting service, worst attitude and subway she made is worst I had ever in my life.
