Tried to come in for a sub on Thursday night. Opted to drive to st Thomas instead. Since when is this a warming hub for the homeless addicts to sleep at tables over night. I've filed a formal complaint with subway. Who ever was working that night needs to get off her phone with her family and needs to do her actual job. Drove to a location that actually enforced subways policy of no loitering. Will not be back to this location unless Holly is working. Since she is thee only employee here who knows what's she's doing. Unfortunately your lazy staff have ruined this location. Do better

ZERO STAR!!! Never had a bad experience on any subway EXCEPT FOR THIS LOCATION- 489 Wellington Rd. Came there today ( Jan 27,2024 12:05pm) No customers at all aside from me, the lady not wearing her name tag was VERY RUDE! Does not care about the the food and customer at all! I will never go back to this location even if it's the closest to me! I am not sure why the manager is allowing such behavior.

I wanted to see the meatballs before making an order and she got really furious and rude. I saw that it was not even properly prepared that's why she became really defensive for such a small thing!. I wish a food safety goes there to check and see how this location operates their food handling really bad.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY ON THIS SUBWAY LOCATION- you'll regret coming here!

I made an order online on 01/17/2025 on my way back home from work. I was so tired, and there was this labelling instructions that I usually add was added by default while I made this order. But with this specific order that special instructions wouldn’t make any sense. This nice lady who was working at that time called us right way and made sure we ordered the right thing. She could’ve ignored that instructions, which most people do at other locations and even at this same location by other people but instead she made sure we didn’t order the wrong one. My only regret is I totally forgot to tip her which she deserves. Well, I was super tired and hungry lol. I will definitely tip her next time if see her.

I had a very disappointing experience at Subway this morning around 6:00 AM. There was an Indian lady working there who asked if I could speak Hindi, which felt unprofessional. Her customer service was extremely poor she was very aggressive and clearly didn’t know how to speak to customers respectfully. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and it made my visit very unpleasant. Subway needs to ensure their staff are trained in proper customer service.

Went there this morning November 13,
Lady was busy when we went to counter as she was preparing order for some bulk order.
I ordered footlong chicken teriyaki, no tosted, no cheese etc. means very minimal work to do

All I asked her to do was cut in 4 as my kids are small and cannot handle 6inch where she started maling faces and told me I am asking her to do so much. Then I said to her plz pack 6inch and 6 imch wjere she said again I am asking her to do so much.

Then I added two drinks and two chips which were already at the counter which we already put it there when she was busy with something else to save time. I asked her to add two cookies and she said now u want me to pack it separately, I said yes and then she was like now u asking me to do xtra and I can get mad.
I explained her this for my kids school lunch and it has to be separate as I will be taking to school.

Her attitude, her expressions and the way she was fighting was not acceptable when I paid more than 30 dollars for all this. After reading all the comments, Now I know why people have issues with this particular store.

got the buy 2 foot longs and they
charging extra for BOTH subs cause i wanted jerk chicken but im paying for only one sub so they are charging 4$ EACH just to put the different meat on and it wasn’t on the app making it 20$ instead of the half off coupon and making it hard to do the order and call the manager for a refund.

First and foremost, I don't totally blame the worker.

My daughter (9) and I entered the dirty establishment to order takeout. The worker was nice. I ordered 3 subs. The first 2 assorted were made fine. The 3rd I asked for tuna. My daughter was talking to me, and I noticed she put turkey, I explained I ordered tuna. She proceeded to take the turkey off, put it back, and put tuna on the same bun. I noticed that when she was putting the tuna on, there wasn't enough. So I thought she'd get more. She did not. She proceeded to smush the tuna across the bun as much as she could. Now, just a thin layer.
I did not complain as the worker was by herself with a busy dinner rush. My daughter had to use the bathroom, and the girl unlocked it for her. IT WAS DISGUSTING.
I will not be ordering from this store again. Good luck if you order delivery from here. Who knows what extras you'll get in your sub.
As I said. I don't totally blame the worker. She seemed stressed.

This place once gave me a 25 dollar sub that was flatter than your hand laid flat with about as much topping that you could fit in a child's fist, "double" meat order included... What meat was in there also tasted weird- like as if it had been out for a while. Avoid like the plague.

I always go in after work around 4am and the staff are super nice. My order is always made correctly and I have zero complaints. They deal with riff raff a lot and I genuinely feel bad for them.
