Got yelled at by what seemed to be the “owner” for redeeming my saved up collected reward points for a free sub, told me to not do it again was very rude about it. Don’t recommend this place if you’re collecting reward points on the app or claiming offers. (got mad about my footlong pass as well that i paid for…)

WORST SERVICE EVER!! I ordered Chicken Teryaki and the guy (uncle) at the counter put half scoop of chicken and trying to say it’s a full one. Giving less quantity in the same price, nice strategy guys!! But won’t work long. Never recommend to go to this subway!! Poor people!!

I purchased 3 subs and the new gingerbread footlong cookie. The cookie was/ is RAW I've provided video and pictures for detail. When I called to tell them my cookie is raw they claim THEY DON'T COOK THE COOKIES THEY COME

Came in to enjoy a meal before heading out of town. Received my sub and went to ask a question and the staff responded rudely towards me. The customer service is not good what so ever if you are coming here expect to have terrible service.

I ordered online 20 mins ago and came to the store and that employee did not even knew about my order after that i asked him to make it early and he said no he said it’s will take me 20 mins more for this. Plus rather than realizing his own mistake and requesting the customer to wait his way for letting me know to wait was rude . Not only this , i ordered italian bread from the app and now he saying he don’t have the bread have to go with plain. What is the point of having it listed on the app that’s it’s available. please show what you can deliver. You need some better employees. Date 1 November and time 9:40 am

I ordered pickup for two subs, one of which was a combo. The making of my order was quick and well done. When I had an issue with my combo order, the worker at the counter helped me right away.

The subs were tasty and fully packed, and the cookies I got for my combo were great. This has been my favourite Subway location for years, and I hope they continue to provide excellent service.
