I don’t trust this subway and will not be purchasing from it in the future, there is a lack of communication between team members as I ordered one thing and got charged for another (got Black Forest ham and it was rung up as turkey)

There was no changing of gloves, the bread I got was old and crumbling, which isn’t the concern but when it crumbles as it’s cut and falls into the steam container, that is an issue of cross contamination and I fear for anyone who has any kind of allergy ordering from here.

How is forgetting my order my problem? I ordered something, they forgot what it was, and then complained to me at the end? People working there should work on manners and hospitality. Would NEVER recommend this location to anyone. Messy, unprofessional, and get mad if you don’t understand what they’re saying.

I have a non-veg allergy and clearly asked the staff to change gloves before making my Veggie sandwich. They said yes but still used the same gloves used for non-veg items. On top of that, they don’t grill veggie sandwiches either (they never do). This is a serious health concern. Please train your staff properly—people with allergies trust you with their safety.

I had a horrible experience while ordering a sub. The employee was having an argument with her coworker in the middle of serving me. I found it quite disconcerting especially since it was in her regional language. She was rude to me and the customer after me. For her sake, all I'm gonna say is that her name starts with G. Please retrain your employees. Sub was great though.

I went to the subway and at the last I told the girl who is making my sub to grill it so she told me that they did not grill the sub over there . This is not a valid reason to not to grill a sub we are pay 10 to 15 Dollars and they are giving these nonsense reason .
I recommend not to go over there .

Worst sub i ever had. They alsways out of stock of one or more items like crispy onions, spinach, sausces and also make a too massy Sub.

I ordered tandoori veggie and touched the bread with same glow even if I mentioned before to change the glove and she was frustrated and touched my bread again while pushing bread with the glove who touched the meat. Please follow the procedure as mentioned in Subway. Worked at subway and handled crowd more than your store has…. Sorry but very bad experience and i was a permanent customer but not coming back ever….

If there was an option to give zero star I would have given that. The Punjabi guy was very rude. He was not properly taking the orders and there was no customer service. If subway needs their reputation, that guy needs to be removed. If there is no good customer service they won’t be good sales.

One of the employee named Ishita, was very rude while taking the order. I was new to the subway and I was ordering for the first time but she did not even bother to apologize when I said that why you get rude. Please the employees should be given some training on how to treat customers!!
