What can I say, you pay a premium for what I consider mediocre quality food. Sub was warmed and instead came out crumbly and burnt, the sub was not taken out of the toaster as soon as the alarm sounded. Also somehow I received it rolled and squished. The cookies were over baked so they would have hard, i opted for chips. Things have changed so now the chips are under the counter instead of in sight. Improvement needed for communicating with customers, difficult to understand for both ways.

I ordered a snackwich. The FROZEN bun was put in the microwave, the toasted with everything on it. Bacon was undercooked, The cheese was baked on to the paper, none on the snackwich. I cound even eat it, it was so bad.
