i have a bone to pick with this subway. not only did they rudely skip my turn in line. they THEN KICKED ME OUT OF THE STORE!!!! 1/10 wont recommend

I’ve spent years giving Subway my business, shelling out for their OVERPRICED sandwiches without hesitation. But after today, I’m DONE! This was, without a doubt, one of the WORST customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

I walked in just needing a simple utensil for a meal I bought elsewhere. Sure, I get it—they don’t have to give things away for free, so when they refused at first, I wasn’t upset. But to make it right, I bought a something, thinking that, as a PAYING customer, they would at least give me a paper fork. Wrong! Even after making a purchase, the manager still flat-out refused to give me utensils.

Are you kidding me? After all the money I’ve spent here, supporting the business, they couldn’t even spare one cheap paper fork? It’s outrageous. This wasn’t about policy anymore—it was just pure pettiness. I’ve been a paying customer for years, and this is how they repay loyalty? By treating me like I’m trying to steal some luxury item?

Frankly, I’m not surprised Subway’s sales are tanking if this is how they treat their customers. No basic courtesy, no sense of customer care—just rude, inflexible service. I’ll never set foot in this location again, and I’d advise others to take their money elsewhere.

I asked for a toasted meatballer sub. Sadly, I feel that the toasting of the sub needed more workI would like it if my ingredients didn't fall out of my sandwich before eating it. The cut is too high on the top.I

My friend wanted to make conversation with an old Caribbean lady because he is also Caribbean. instead of nicely explaining that she is busy (in an empty restaurant) she decided to tell my friend he’s talking nonsense and she has better stuff to do than make conversation. the restaurant can train its staff better at customer service, especially when you’re old and should know what respect is. won’t be returning, i want my tip back.

You know, I came from a small town. On the outskirts of Windsor Ontario. I always grew around the right people of color, the whites. Today, this short black teenage hooligan decided to make my food. He was SOOOOOO blind that he had to slam his glasses into my sandwich. He was wearing a blue helmet while making my sandwich to make sure his stupid black curly hair didn't infect my food. I asked for his name, it was THE Osman. ION like THE osman, see I would name him as Lil Black Moe. Anyway, change your staff because this atmosphere is too toxic for normal citizens of Canada.

Vegetarian options: HE ONLY GAVE ME BREAKFAST! There was only meat in mine, raw chicken. He thought this was popeyes?
