Worst subway experience ever. Didn’t heat up the sandwich enough it was cold. Bread wasn’t even toasted enough. Cheese barely melted. Vegetables didn’t look fresh. Men working behind the counter were very noisy and made the experience very uncomfortable.
Tonight me and my beloved wife came to have a mannerly dinner inside of this location. Per arrival, we were greeted with a woman who seemed very peeved that we had stepped foot into the establishment. As we ordered our food, it was almost as if she demanded our order & snarklishly asked us the simple questions such as what cheese we would like on our sub. Me and my wife felt extremely uncomfortable, and might I say violated for simply ordering a sub. Said woman seemed she did not want to be at her place of work and that meant it was us who it had to be taken out on. We left completely humiliated by her actions and we will never return. Shame on the lady who is clearly seldom happy to work in an economy like this. No tip for you. Sub was good!!!!

I bought two footlong and a large loaded baked potato. The two foot longs are not bad, but when I ate the soup; soup tasted weird( tasted like it's been sitting there for more than the allotted time and it felt cold, it felt like the soup hasn't been changed) now I am having stomach cramps and it is very uncomfortable since I am currently working. I have been in and out of the washroom since 11am. Ya'll needs to retrain your staff especially making sure the temperatures are all in order. I worked as a fast food worker as well and food especially soups are needed to hold at 60 degrees Celsius or higher in order for bacteria not spreading. I am not reporting this to the Public Health Unit because it will take time off my work and diarrhea meds are not that expensive
Edit: Just called the restaurant and explained how they have served me a soup that was over the holding time and it went bad. The manager kept on talking about how they'd sold two soups that day and there are no problem with it, he wouldn't even tried to hear my complaint and we was brushing of the fact that I had bought a product that shouldn't even been sold.
I hope corporate or the owner sees this post and properly train your management and workers. You don't blame the victim. This is negligent.

Good service by the guy with grey eyes love the sub
Excellent service provided by Staff member Ajay! He gave very good recommendations and the food I got was 10/10. The place was kept clean and tidy and there wasn't any line up. I'd stop here when passing by on hwy 401.
The ordering service is not professional enough
Asked for Italian herb bread. Instead server brought White Italian. When I said I asked for Italian Herb. He tried to convince me that I said White Italian only. Lol, I know what I eat and what I want to order.
Diya & Dev were great! Kind, friendly, and with a smile while also professional. It was nice to chat with them while they took my order and they were very helpful (even knowledgeable of the surrounding areas). Dev was specifically great with understanding me getting multiple sandwiches for different people, labeled each one and did great with my coupon. They made such a normal transaction very pleasant!
ladies here are killing it, fast, efficient, team work, and smiles. couldn't ask for better. 👌 10 stars

Ordered on the app and after picking up the order for my lunch break, found there was no sauce/dressing at all. The staff asked me to drive back and only pick up the sauce. Really poor experience.
