The worker was excellent but I was EXTREMELY disappointed to find out that the OWNER IS STEALING TIPS FROM THE WORKERS!! Which is ILLEGAL! DO NOT tip on the machine because the owner takes all the workers tips!! I WILL be reporting this to the labour board! This is UNACCEPTABLE !! The owner should be ASHAMED of themselves! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Stopped by this Subway location today around 2:53 PM and had a terrible experience with the staff. I urgently needed to use the washroom, but the employee refused to let me unless I first bought something. I explained that I was with two friends and we were all planning to order anyway, but he was extremely rude about it. I even offered to pay in advance, and only then did he reluctantly open the washroom.
This kind of treatment towards customers is completely unnecessary and unprofessional. We came in to eat, not to be treated with hostility. Definitely one of the rudest experiences I’ve ever had at a Subway.

Do yourself a favor just go to the location down the road (about a kilometer south on princess auto plaza)
Came in asked about a deal on the app owner right off the bat had a bad attitude told me I had to order online or bring in paper coupons, also wouldn't let me use the 🚻
The one down the road 100% the opposite no problem with the offer or using washrooms BTW my wife told these guys about the issue we had at the other location, they told her lots of people avoid the other location cuz of the horrible customer service.

Had an amazing experience at this location. Me and my friends frequently visit subway and as such have visited multiple locations around london. This was no doubt one of our best experiences. Manpreet the lady working then, was really calm and patient. There were around 4 people in the line and yet when our turn came she calmly listened to our request and made the veg and non veg subs separately. She was patient and polite throughout as she made our sub and not once did we feel disrespected or dismissed. She calmly went through the whole queue and patiently billed everyone out. I was honestly quite impressed cause in similar situations and sometimes even in empty stores they treat customers like we are wasting there time but here I felt valued. And over all the sub was made perfectly. Exactly enough vegetables and sauces that I didn't think it was empty but also enough that it wasn't spilling all over me. Overall I really think she did an amazing job! Definitely will be returning to this branch!

I visited Subway today and was served by Manpreet, and I must say it was the best sub I’ve ever had! Even though the place was really busy, she made my order perfectly and with great attention to detail. As a vegetarian, I truly appreciated that she prepared my veg sub first before making my friend’s non-veg one. Her professionalism, speed, and care made the experience outstanding.

I got a chicken rancher and the chicken tasted really weird never again. He Didn’t know what he was doing we had the app ready and he couldn’t even use the buy two get one free didn’t understand anything.

had a terrible experience with a delivery from this Subway location. The delivery person, Naraish, was shockingly rude — not only to me but to others nearby as well. His tone and behavior were completely unprofessional and disrespectful I even have a short video clip showing his unacceptable behavior. It’s disappointing to see someone like this representing a trusted brand like Subway I strongly urge Subway and the franchise owner to investigate this situation. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, and staff like this damage your reputation. Please take this seriously this is not the standard we expect from Subway

Employee working at 11am older brown guy extremely rude and racist makes up own rules went on feb 21 not first time dealing with inconsiderate behaviour from this same employee.
I’ve left a lengthy message for headquarters. Asked for clear cup of water as I’m expecting and was having extreme heartburn. Was told I have to pay for water bottle and they don’t give out small clear cups for water which is false. I let him know I have to take medication. Was told that all white people are freeloaders. I was in shock and have never been treated with such racism before. Employee needs customer service training.

This Subway is the single worst subway in London!
I accidentally made a mobile to this location last night, in which the app tells you to call the store to have the order cancelled. The store told me they are not allowed to cancel orders, only the manager is. I then asked when the manager will be in and was told you can come in any time between 9am and 3pm tomorrow to speak with the manager. I then ordered my food to the correct location and spoke to the workers at that location and was told all workers have the ability to cancel mobile orders (I have also cancelled an order two months ago from a separate store from either locations mentioned already) Today I showed up at 9:50am to speak with a manager and the manager doubled down and claimed only the owner can cancel orders, and after I told them that I know orders can be cancelled when they show up on their screens because I have talked to two other stores within 5 minutes of each other, she claimed that you can only cancel orders that come up on certain screens in the store, all the while I can see a mobile order pop up on the screen she claimed you can cancel the order on after claiming that mobile orders don’t come through that screen. She insisted that I come back to speak with the owner because she couldn’t help me. I will not be coming back to this store. I will be calling the owner to figure out whatever mess this store has with the system. This should have been a 20 second phone call and not a 18 hour conundrum. All the more I am still yet to receive an apology for the delay or situation. The workers at this location need to be properly trained to be able to handle simple situations like this. I’m very disappointed.
