I just went in about 10 min ago to redeem a bogo deal I had on the app. I asked if I had to order through the app or with the cashier. The guy said to scan the code, which I did. He said it didn’t work so to try on the app. I go to try and the app is now saying my deal was redeemed but it wasn’t. And the cashier wasn’t able to assist me. I tried going online but wasn’t able to speak to anyone just a bot. I would really like to be able to still get this deal as I was not at fault. I asked for assistance and left with less than I came in with. This is an amazing establishment and I’ve never ever had issues here before. I really hope I hear back and get to use the deal that was due to me. Please.

Waited outta side for almost an hr to.get a sub, could not get in, called several times, it went to voicemail that was never set up, worker saw me out here trying to.get her attention, I was ignored, instead she went to her mini copper, and vacuumed and still saw me,never got in

I want to say I’ve been coming here for 1.5 years usually 2 to 3 days a week. The staff are absolutely amazing ,kind, sweet, and patient. Alex and Jess are two of my favourite wokers!! I’ll recommend this store to all my coworkers and friends

Staff are very rude to everyone especially the older lady Everytime i go worst subway ive ever been to. Whenever anyone asks to use the bathroom they come up with a completely different excuse to why its closed.

Subway has consistently delivered the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. The staff are shockingly rude, acting like you’re inconveniencing them by simply placing an order. Almost every time I’ve been there, the bread is stale—like it’s been sitting out for days—and the vegetables? They’re freezer burnt, limp, and have an odd, almost chemical taste to them. It’s honestly disgusting.
To make matters worse, the washrooms have been “out of order” for over a year now. Every time I ask, I get a different excuse, but let’s be real—it’s probably because they’re so filthy and neglected that they’re too embarrassed to let anyone in. If that’s how they treat a basic facility, it makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like behind the counter.
Multiple friends of mine have gotten food poisoning from this location, and after seeing the way things are handled, I’m not surprised. It’s beyond unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, not even as a last resort. Do yourself a favor and eat literally anywhere else.

The manager there is so rude, she always has attitude, every time you ask her anything she will look at you with lots of disdain and answer like if you’re annoying her. Also they might not even have the bread you want and at least 3 times I’ve been there it’s super stale, it’s like chewing a shoe sole. Sometimes I went with my friends and as soon as I sat down the manager told us I. A very rude way: “Are you guys gonna order anything” which I thought it was mean in the way she said it. To add to all of this they will make up 10 different excuses on why the washroom is not available like no keys, it’s broken, some homeless dude left a bunch of needles or even just straight up tell me I can’t use it, knowing damm well I just somebody else use it. I dont understand how such a disgraceful person can be the manager. If you can avoid going on this place I would, there is multiple subways down the streets that they won’t treat you like complete trash. If I could I would rate 0/5 stars
