I want to say Iâve been coming here for 1.5 years usually 2 to 3 days a week. The staff are absolutely amazing ,kind, sweet, and patient. Alex and Jess are two of my favourite wokers!! Iâll recommend this store to all my coworkers and friends

Staff are very rude to everyone especially the older lady Everytime i go worst subway ive ever been to. Whenever anyone asks to use the bathroom they come up with a completely different excuse to why its closed.

Subway has consistently delivered the worst fast food experience Iâve ever had. The staff are shockingly rude, acting like youâre inconveniencing them by simply placing an order. Almost every time Iâve been there, the bread is staleâlike itâs been sitting out for daysâand the vegetables? Theyâre freezer burnt, limp, and have an odd, almost chemical taste to them. Itâs honestly disgusting.
To make matters worse, the washrooms have been âout of orderâ for over a year now. Every time I ask, I get a different excuse, but letâs be realâitâs probably because theyâre so filthy and neglected that theyâre too embarrassed to let anyone in. If thatâs how they treat a basic facility, it makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like behind the counter.
Multiple friends of mine have gotten food poisoning from this location, and after seeing the way things are handled, Iâm not surprised. Itâs beyond unacceptable. I wouldnât recommend this place to anyone, not even as a last resort. Do yourself a favor and eat literally anywhere else.
The manager there is so rude, she always has attitude, every time you ask her anything she will look at you with lots of disdain and answer like if youâre annoying her. Also they might not even have the bread you want and at least 3 times Iâve been there itâs super stale, itâs like chewing a shoe sole. Sometimes I went with my friends and as soon as I sat down the manager told us I. A very rude way: âAre you guys gonna order anythingâ which I thought it was mean in the way she said it. To add to all of this they will make up 10 different excuses on why the washroom is not available like no keys, itâs broken, some homeless dude left a bunch of needles or even just straight up tell me I canât use it, knowing damm well I just somebody else use it. I dont understand how such a disgraceful person can be the manager. If you can avoid going on this place I would, there is multiple subways down the streets that they wonât treat you like complete trash. If I could I would rate 0/5 stars

I enter the subway and am treated badly by a middle aged woman due to me ordering my food and asking nicely for a sauce on the side. She proceeds to stare me down and make me feel terrible and tells me I am a fat ahole and ended up overcharging my 6 inch sandwhich WITHOUT my sauce. It came out to 13.49 Very dissapointing.

I donât understand why the vegetables are always frozen and no one ever does anything to fix it. The bread is also always stale. I rarely get subway anymore. Have fresh bread and put the fridge temperature up so the veggies arenât frosty. An easy common sense solution.
