I want to say I’ve been coming here for 1.5 years usually 2 to 3 days a week. The staff are absolutely amazing ,kind, sweet, and patient. Alex and Jess are two of my favourite wokers!! I’ll recommend this store to all my coworkers and friends

Subway has consistently delivered the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. The staff are shockingly rude, acting like you’re inconveniencing them by simply placing an order. Almost every time I’ve been there, the bread is stale—like it’s been sitting out for days—and the vegetables? They’re freezer burnt, limp, and have an odd, almost chemical taste to them. It’s honestly disgusting.
To make matters worse, the washrooms have been “out of order” for over a year now. Every time I ask, I get a different excuse, but let’s be real—it’s probably because they’re so filthy and neglected that they’re too embarrassed to let anyone in. If that’s how they treat a basic facility, it makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like behind the counter.
Multiple friends of mine have gotten food poisoning from this location, and after seeing the way things are handled, I’m not surprised. It’s beyond unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, not even as a last resort. Do yourself a favor and eat literally anywhere else.

The manager there is so rude, she always has attitude, every time you ask her anything she will look at you with lots of disdain and answer like if you’re annoying her. Also they might not even have the bread you want and at least 3 times I’ve been there it’s super stale, it’s like chewing a shoe sole. Sometimes I went with my friends and as soon as I sat down the manager told us I. A very rude way: “Are you guys gonna order anything” which I thought it was mean in the way she said it. To add to all of this they will make up 10 different excuses on why the washroom is not available like no keys, it’s broken, some homeless dude left a bunch of needles or even just straight up tell me I can’t use it, knowing damm well I just somebody else use it. I dont understand how such a disgraceful person can be the manager. If you can avoid going on this place I would, there is multiple subways down the streets that they won’t treat you like complete trash. If I could I would rate 0/5 stars

I enter the subway and am treated badly by a middle aged woman due to me ordering my food and asking nicely for a sauce on the side. She proceeds to stare me down and make me feel terrible and tells me I am a fat ahole and ended up overcharging my 6 inch sandwhich WITHOUT my sauce. It came out to 13.49 Very dissapointing.

Freezer burned items and containers are frozen over . Bathroom is black mold and nasty .

I don’t understand why the vegetables are always frozen and no one ever does anything to fix it. The bread is also always stale. I rarely get subway anymore. Have fresh bread and put the fridge temperature up so the veggies aren’t frosty. An easy common sense solution.

ALWAYS so dang HOT in here... Like sweltering! There are fans, but what gives? Thought it was just the one time but I've been in several and its always very very hot. Turn up the AC! for the sake of your employees and customers.

I ordered the big veggie. It’s not really my thing because the patty is so soft, can’t tell the difference when you eat with bread. My kids are ok with it though. The service was good!!

Went there for lunch and it was a little cold with the entrance way door opening and closing so much during the lunch hour as there is a high school right next door. Everything else is great but also because of the demographic of the area they do not allow you to use the restroom. Other than those 2 things this subway is fine.
