Do not go to this place! Unless you want the workers to treat you like garbage, it was today between 2-4 pm and I head to this place to get me a sub and I had a terrible service from the female worker, I came from a country where we use the same metrical measurements that are used in the US and I asked the employee to make me a white bun 30 cm sub and she laughed at me and grabbed the bun and proceeded, everything was okay until she grabbed the female co-worker and told her about what I asked for and the co-worker said "it's not like I'm gonna measure it" I get that it's a different country with different ways to do the things what I don't allow is them making fun of myself on my face because they clearly knew I was listening to their comments, this is the most horrible experience in my life at subway's, you guys really need to learn how to respect other people. I really hope Subway does something about this place

Do not eat at this subway, you will not only regret it but you’ll be lucky if you even get what you paid for. Horrible staff, horrible service, they don’t answer phones, horrible ownership and management. I’ve never seen something more disgusting in my life than the people who work here.

I had the most odd experience with an older lady working here. Was ordering as usual while looking at my phone to read my order I have written down on my notes and she told me in the most condescending way to hurry up because she has to use the washroom😭???? I usually do not care about customer service enough to leave a review but that was definitely strange to say the least..

I went there to grab subs for lunch. I ordered 2 Chicken Teriyaki sandwiches. I had an offer on Subway app for 2 BYO subs. At checkout when I scanned the app and it didn’t go through because the staff charged me for subway series sandwich and when I asked she told me they discontinued regular Chicken Teriyaki and they only have subway series one. Like come on I worked at Subway for 3 years and they never ever discontinue their regular sandwich. Well, on the app it gives you an option to choose this sub at this location as well on the other locations too. I don’t know why i was told it has been discontinued.
Get better at your customer service and don’t false charge your customers.

I’ve had a disappointing experience at this Subway location for the second time now. I ordered online and specifically requested extra sauce on my sandwich. Even though I was standing right in front of the staff member when she made my order, she applied the regular amount of sauce, completely ignoring the request. The older lady working behind the counter was also quite rude, which made the experience even more frustrating. It’s disappointing to encounter this lack of attention to customer requests, especially when it happens more than once. I hope the service improves in the future.

What kind of food place in a mall or not, doesn't have an operational phone for people to call to make sure people's orders went through. Pretty sure the app just screwed us 30 bucks and you can't even contact these people to see if things went through. Even worse is Subway is all online report because obviously why listen to a customer and actually help them ourselves. Terrible company

Me and my wife came for dine in but one brown lady was making fun and joke on me and my wife and she didn’t made sub properly. She was like resist. We doesn’t like food and service as well so I need my money back. Change the staff or train them how to deal/ talk with customers

Usually I don’t give 1 star but this location service is worst. Lady started making my subway without changing gloves, after asking she changed it and then touching garbage with same gloves. She was putting bare minimum veggies on sub and All I can see was bread, after I asked her to put more she started throwing cucumbers on my sub with rude face. It was one of the worst subway that I have eaten.

Racist cashier, I was denied service here.
I asked for a cup of ice and the owner/cashier said they ran out of cups. The way she denied was very disrespectful and non empathetic... all this happened while I could see the cups literally right in front of my eyes. My fiance was about to black out and I needed some ice to put in her water, it was kind of an emergency. I was forced to pay just for a cup of ice.
Worst Subway...

I wish you had Coke products for soft drinks which are all natural with no artificial ingredients or colours; Pepsi products have allergic problems.Also please bring back the Swiss cheese. Some of your customers do not like cheddar cheese.
