I’ve been going here for a while. And I never had an issue with them before. Until now. I ordered 2 subs one specifically without peppers and one with. Both got made exactly the same. My mom cannot eat peppers without it hurting her stomach. Not to mention also getting hair in the food too. Subway is one of my favourite places I’m very disappointed about my experience tonight. All I wanted was to enjoy my subs at home after riding in the snow to get them.

They put the ingredients on the wrong sandwich, didn't change gloves between sandwiches and dropped the meat into the bacon container then just picked it up

Worst place ever. I ordered a 12 inch steak and bacon sub this morning. The bacon wasn't cooked, she toasted after I said no, and steak was bland and it cost me over $15. What a rip off. This location should be shut down due to lousy management, staff and incompetence.

Made my sandwich like a taco, not pleasant to eat when meat is only on half of your sandwich.
Ordered food, was not picked up or delivered and they acknowledge that however the manager would not speak to me and was "in a meeting" at 0930 at night and refused to do the refund. I then called and asked again for a refund which was denied and the manager refused to speak to me and was told to stop harassing and bugging them. Flabbergasted that this is the state of customer service. Update: I called the wellington location they were shocked at the lack of customer service and super nice so I will be taking my business to them from now on. Do not go to the wharncliff location...they are very unprofessional and rude.

I brought my granddaughter Subway for dinner her favourite meal at 456 Wharncliffe Rd. We were both very disappointed. I had a rice bowl. There was very little lettuce in the container which was on the brown colour side. I think at least they could’ve freshened up the lettuce. I might’ve maybe got a teaspoon of shredded cheese on my rice bowl. I was also short changed out of five bucks. My total was $32.86 I gave $40.and I got $2.15 back.
The woman working there is great and makes great subs. The coupons never work- always an issue one way or another and they commonly don't turn their oven on until after 930am and then 15 min to wait for it to preheat. No point going before 10 am.
My sub was made quick and tasted great. Prices r getting insane though.
