This Subway location always delivers a great experience! The staff are friendly and efficient, and the store is kept very clean. Everything tastes fresh and the service is quick, even when it’s busy. Vaibhav and the team do a wonderful job making customers feel welcome. Definitely one of my go-to Subway spots!

For some reason the location on Wharncliffe Rd S in London, ON just can't get it together. If you order online or from door dash (even for pickup) they continually make mistakes or miss ordered items. Twice my order has been taken by another dasher or another customer requiring refund and reorder. I notice that they routinely cancel my orders causing them to be rerouted to other stores. Even if you are in the store you have to watch them like a hawk so they add the items you request on your sub and don't go on automatic and put what they expect you to ask for.

Both the male and female workers have scraggly black beard hair… we ordered 3 subs and found a few hairs in each sub… so Disgusting. Don’t eat here unless you want some curry flavoured beard hair in your sub.

Went earlier tonight (around 11pm on May 17, 2025) and there was only one employee working. This employee dealt with an absolutely horrendous customer, but he navigated the situation with kindness and expertise, and I think this deserves recognition.
