The lady that made my sub was talking on the phone loudly in Ukrainian (I think) via an earbud while making my sub. Probably spit coming out directly on sandwich while talking downwards. She was slapping the meat on aggressively. Then she tells me I can only use a portion of my rewards while other subways let me use all of them.

I have been here twice in the last month and had 2 positive experiences with 2 different staff members. Both were kind and pleasant to talk to and gave us excellent customer service. I live in Byron and will be choosing to go to this subway over the one on hyde park and oxford. You can check out my review of the other location if interested.

I had a long tiring day and didn’t even realise I walked right in at closing time. As someone who works in retail, I can’t stand when others do that. However the young lady behind the counter was kind, friendly and served me with a smile. As soon as I realised the time I apologised but she was very gracious and happily helped me anyways. Very nice staff! Thank you to the kind lady behind the counter who’s name I did not catch. You made my day a little easier and a little better!

I ordered 2 longfoots today and the worker was absolutely horrendous, she didn't even Crack a smile to welcome me or something and the whole time she made me feel like I was taking the food for free, I'm literally paying you and you're acting like I'm robbing you. She also didn't care to even wait till I'm done adding the sauces I wanted and she just closed it immediately without even asking if I wanted any other sauces. Not only that but the portions absolutely suck I barley got much of anything and the taste was barley even there. I will definitely not be coming back here again I'd much rather go somewhere the has atleast decent service. Do better.

I asked for jalapeños she put LITERALLY 2 SLICES at the end of the sandwich! I don’t recommend this place at all if u want a subway sandwich find yourself another location cuz this one suck!
This location is very chill which I love. I ordered a sandwich in the afternoon and it was tasty and top tier. Linda and Besi were amazing and kind.

Worst service ever. I ordered online and got worst made subs ever. They didn't care to put what I ordered. Subs were almost half empty. If I am paying you money, I need proper food. They are just trying to rip off big time. Don't go there...
