I was made to pay for my sandwich while it was still toasting, I was caught off guard so I paid and when putting the toppings on I couldn't get avocado or chimichurri because I "wasn't charged for it" if you have toppings that are extra cost, then you need to get customers to pay after the food is made, not before. I also got a veggie patty and one of them was still cold after toasting. very poor customer service.

The employee serving me feels the need to tell me what I should and shouldn’t have. Cutting me off when asking for extra to ensure me it’s enough. Im a paying customer so if I ask for extra and have every intention to pay for extra. Leave it be. Not your employees place to have an opinion. As if me asking for certain instructions on what I want isn’t within what she wants. Just seems like a slap in the face as I’m the one paying.

I've been to a lot of subways, but until today was the first time I've seen an employee give such little toppings!!! The lady was so stingy with the toppings, and when I asked for more she smugged. Do better.

I pre ordered my food 3 hours before pick up and when I came in it said it was ready but wasn’t even made yet. They either need to get more people to work or don’t say it’s ready when it’s not.

This lady that works here is a joke, she yells at everyone. I’ve been here 2 times and multiple times I’m in here she gets in fight with customers. She is a terrible representative of subway and shouldn’t be working here. To top it off, the sub i ordered she refused to put any meat on 1/2 as she is out of inventory on that meat, she refused to even put a different type of meat on the other half for less or equal value of menu prices. This is a joke & I expect repercussions to happen to this employee and this is completely unacceptable.

There’s one woman here all the time and she’s almost always alone and I end up waiting 20 minutes. I don’t blame her at all; she’s actually great and polite and helpful, but it’s super annoying to wait forever because she’s never got any

It takes a lot for me to leave a negative review for a place and I understand that this isn't a five star restaurant but it got to the point where I thought I should say something. I went in yesterday evening to order a bowl and asked for rotisserie chicken instead of the breaded chicken because I am gluten free. Not only did the employee working ask me why I needed it changed but put the smallest scoop into the bowl. I thought the bowl would fill up with the veggies and rice added but after I had paid for it (14$) the bowl was more than half empty. I asked after I had paid if I could have a side of rotisserie chicken and again she put the smallest scoop into a chili bowl and charged 2.50 for it. Unfortunately I’m not able to add photo but seriously half full for 16 dollars!

Props to whoever made my subs on Dec. 30 around 445pm. Nice lady and made the subs right, with lots of veggies. Getting gradually over Subway from employees who cheap out as if they own the place, this lady makes subs how I remember them. Thank you!

I hope the manager and owner get to see this because it’s mainly why I’m writing the review. Tonight I came in with my brother! We come to this subway sometimes and everytime there is a lady there. I’m not sure her name but she does the closes often. Anyways everytime she’s been very helpful and just super sweet. She takes her time with the customers and doesn’t make them feel like they are a chore like all the other employees at this subway. I wanted the free cookie through the app, she helped me figure it out and didn’t make me feel like I was being annoying. The store was also fairly clean as well! I hope someone praises her for her work because my brother and I were very pleased. Thank you to her!

I left a review before regarding a woman that works at this location.. I think she might be the manager or something because I find it very hard to believe that someone can be so bad at their job and have such a horrendous attitude and still be employed there because pretty much everyone else that works there is very nice. Even something as simple as asking for cookies or a bit more lettuce is met with her rolling her eyes and sighing.
