Didnt conplete my order, claimed they couldnt refund items they didnt have that i had already paid for, hung up on me when i was trying to figure out how the issue was gonna be resolved refusing to let me speak to their manager. I wish I could give 0 stars. Unfortunately, that’s not an option. The lady who works here is extremely rude and unprofessional. She refuses to take responsibility for her own mistakes, which is unacceptable in any business. I will not be returning and strongly suggest that management take serious steps to improve staff professionalism.

Terrible customer service. I visited recently and received a completely burned sandwich with almost no chicken. When I politely asked if it could be remade, the girl at the front became argumentative and dismissive. She claimed that grilling and toasting would naturally burn the sandwich—even though I always order it that way without any issue.
What made it worse was that she put my sandwich in the grill and then walked away to help other customers, completely neglecting it and burning it further. When I brought it up, she was loud, defensive, and even made faces during the conversation. It was an incredibly unprofessional experience.
There’s absolutely no excuse for that kind of attitude or lack of basic customer service. I won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.
