I regularly get subs at this location and find the staff very friendly. They make my subs exactly the way I want them catering to me each and every time. Love the variety and the freshly baked buns. Awesome!!. Thanks Guys.

Placed a mobile order. Picked up my sub after a meeting and drove across the city before opening it to eat before another meeting. Took a bite and realized instead of chicken they scooped STUFFING onto my GLUTEN FREE sub, not chicken. I’ve called the store multiple times and no answer. I live nowhere near this location or else I would have gone back in immediately. Luckily I’m not celiac but my allergy flared up. Subway customer service is a chat bot and I got an email saying I’d receive a call from the manager and my complaint has been resolved. This has yet to happen. Terrible.

Subway is Subway right? Nope. This location in London on Fanshawe Pk Rd West next to Long & McQuaid had the standard fresh food available, but the wait time was unbelievably ridiculous. It was close to 1 p.m. and the store had 1 person working, alone, and responsible for everything. Order taking, including online orders (there were several while I was there). Food prep. Food refills. Cashing out. Gift cards. Everything. Ridiculous. Unfair to the employee, and frustrating for customers. I decided to wait to see just how long it was going to take so I grabbed a chair from one of the tables and literally sat in line. About 35 minutes later I finally placed my order. I came in the morning,the store looked awesome, super clean and inviting. I was in a hurry, but the girl working made my sub really fast and it was perfect. She was super friendly and fun to talk to, which made my quick stop way better. I’ll definitely be coming back! 😀

Me and my husband ordered 3 subs from this subway for delivery. We waited outside when the delivery person said they were close only to have them not show up but still said it was delivered then when I walked around my complex I found our bag of subs crushed by a shoe. Tried to contact the store to either get a refund or new sandwichs made but they will not respond

The sliced in store policy now is a poor idea I got turkey that was really a shaved blob of meat , no sense of slice as is common and in pictures

I visited this store last Saturday and again today. On both occasions, the service was excellent, despite an unavoidable delay in receiving my order as there was only one staff member present. I would like to specifically commend Kiran for her professionalism and dedication. She maintained a high standard of customer service even under pressure. I do hope the store provides additional staffing support in the future to help ensure faster service without compromising quality.

Decent subway, but if you come here please don't park sideways across the handicap spots like these rocket scientists... (They were probably around 20-30 ish years old and had no visible reason for it)... Lots of alternative spots for truck and trailers boys.... You're not special.

Just walked out of this place! Lettuce was brown in both bins, cucumber are completely frozen. The young lady had the nerve to tell me those was “normal”. When l told her this was not normal she than stated she just started her shift. Like it was not her issue. This is seriously unexceptionable food to be serving people! This is Canada! What is going on!
