I had a good experience at Subway. The staff were friendly and the place was clean. My sandwich was fresh and tasted really good. I will come back again.

We have three people each ordered 2 subway footlong with cheese. And we found no footlong has cheese in it. Attached a photo of beef&cheese. Almost no beef and there is no cheese. I don’t believe they can forget cheese in 3 different orders

I got a vegie one, it was empty. She just put two olives, two onions and two of rest. I felt like i just ate bread. It was so disappointing. The lady was in her late 30s or 40s and had glasses on. So so bad experience.

I had a fantastic experience at this Subway location! The bread was incredibly fresh, and the ingredients were top notch. The staff was super friendly and helpful, even suggesting new menu items that I hadn’t seen at other Subway branches. Overall, it was a delightful visit, and I highly recommend it!

Buyer beware. Ordered 2 subs for delivery, ingredients missing, asked for toasted, instructions not followed. Extra pickles = 2 pickles slices for an entire sandwich. Honestly, most disappointing sub I ever ate, and it costs double what it used to. Management should be replaced

Everytime I go into this subway I am met with at least six flies flying around and landing on the food. The vegetables might as well be mixed vegetables, as there is always at least two different types of vegetable in each compartment - for example, there’s always olives in the cucumbers. if the front of the subway has flies, I can’t imagine what the back looks like. In addition to the overall lack of cleanliness, The workers are always slow And uninviting. Today when I got a sandwich while grabbing a sauce the Worker reached over my sandwich leading to her stomach crushing my sandwich. thumbs down 0 stars

My first visit at this location and it was really bad experience, the whole floor was extremely dirty. How can some sit and eat in this environment?
The girl who was taking my order is also really rude, not welcoming. If you are working in customer service at least you guys should know the basics to talk to a customer.
When ordering online they CONSISTENTLY put things like corn into the orders when it’s not even included in the order

I ordered 2 footlong veggie patty from this store and they accepted the order even they don’t have it and when i was trying to call them they don’t receive them. It happened twice to me. I visited this place as well they are very slow. I would not recommend this store to anybody.
Slowest Subway in all of London. Staff are ridiculously slow. So slow it seems like they are doing it on purpose. It takes about 10 minutes for each person to get from ordering to paying… and I am NOT exaggerating. Hire faster staff or hire more staff. This is the worst service I have witnessed in my entire life.
