Absolutely terrible.
No care by the staff at all today. Gross freezer burnt veggies. Yellow and brown lettuce again freezer burnt. The sauce is sour you can smell it.
The whole sub tastes like metal.
Need to shut this subway down or hire better staff because this is NOT the first time. Horrible.

Tried going in yesterday at 945 pm and damn worker had the door locked while she was bumpin music on AirPods
I arrived at the location 15 min before close just to find the door locked and the worker inside shaking her head at me refusing service.
Had the most wonderful customer service from Heli. She is very pleasant. She made sure I am happy with my order especially when explained to her that I went to two locations before coming to this location coz other stores were out of some ingredients that is must ve on my sub. She understood my frustration apologies which she didn’t ve too. Keep up the great work because we notice your pleasant customer service.
By far the worst subway I have ever been to. Why do my online orders say they’re ready and when I arrive they haven’t even started? I would have gone somewhere else.
Your typical Sunday, with most of the things you’re used to at a subway. The only thing is that because it’s so close to the university, and they get a lot of student rushes, they have mixed up my order numerous times, and they have even told me to go to another subway, but this is the only one I can go to. Doesn’t make sense, they keep making the mistakes and recommend I go somewhere else. I’ve been going here for over 4 years, and usually it’s good and spot on. But when they mess up, they make it so difficult for you to get what you ordered in the first place. For example, I bout a 2 subs on Wednesday. Ate half of one Wednesday and the other half on Thursday. When I pulled out the second sub on Friday to eat half, it was the wrong sub. I called the location right away, and she repeated 3 times why I called Friday when I ordered Wednesday. After the 3rd time explaining to her that I didn’t eat both subs in 1 day she said I had to call Monday cause there are no managers on the weekend. Called yesterday, spent 15 min and then the person said she has to do an investigation, and will call me back. Now it Tuesday, a day away from a full week since I bought the subs, and nothing has been resolved. This is that I mean by its very frustrating when they mess up. They don’t own up to it even thought they make a lot of money. They frustrate you to the ends so you give up. Sad, very sad.

A disgrace to not even Subway, but society in general. Workers treat customers like dirt simply because they are student.

General speaking I love Subway, always there are some options for vegetarians, their sandwiches, bowls , etc are healthy.
However, this branch is something! staffs do an amazing job, their sandwiches are super delicious ???
Update: Gingerbread footling is a must try!

The size of this Subway is somewhere between small and medium. Since it is near a university, many students do regularly come and it could become very busy sometimes. The foods have been overall great to me so far, enough toppings every time. Instead of ordering in-store, I recommend placing orders on their app for takeaway or delivery. Considering the deals and awards, the prices are actually very competitive.
